This product is great if you are taller than 5'5. Sitting down to type is not built for me as it's at chest level. Standing is not a problem but sitting the stand does not drop low. The stand itself is sturdy. The corners are very sharp so be careful.

    • Easy installation, not adjustable after setup
Adjusted my 5* review to 3* after 9 months of use because the wheels began to fail. First, they are bending the metal frame they attach to so that the wheels no longer stand up straight; and second, the locking wheels no longer stay unlocked, so I had to tie rope around the wheels to hold them in unlocked position. "Why does a product claiming a 5 year warranty require such extreme measures to work around defects," you ask? Because customer support does not exist from their website. I have been reaching out to them for a few weeks now with no response. Despite the poor customer service, I still love the desk, but be aware that it doesn't hold up to consistent daily use. ********** Original Review *********** The desk was incredibly easy to assemble, all off the parts were included and they fit correctly. Some of my components had cosmetic defects or scratches, but most looked great. The instructions state not to attempt to adjust height while the desk is in use. This is a major setback in the utility of the desk. Attempting to adjust the height while holding two 27 inch monitors is doable for a very strong person but might be impossible for the average person. For me, the trick is adjusting from behind so you can support the monitor weight while adjusting. I'm loving mine. ... show more

I bought this desk at the end of January and had to hire someone to assemble it. By mid-February, I started using it and quickly realized it was low quality—wobbly wheels and cheap materials. After a month, I asked for a return or refund. The company refused, saying I was outside the return window. Even when Amazon contacted them, they wouldn’t help. I tried again and got the same canned response… no help and not willing to accept return. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money on this. ... show more

Box was destroyed, No assembly instructions. went together ok. does not seem to be missing any parts but for the price quality could be a little better. overall it will do what i need it to and not worth returning.

I just finished assembling and setting up my desk. That being said, I am thrilled with my desk. It is sturdy, rolls easily and for a work station is aesthetically pleasing. I am 5'6" so my height is very average, so the standing height is great for me. I have 23.5" monitors and there is plenty of room for larger monitors. The monitors bar (arms) is adjustable for height independent of the desk adjustment. Overall, this was a very good purchase for me! This is perfect for what I wanted. Easy to assemble (I did it by myself and I am not handy). Lots of room to work. Raising and lowering could be easier but I don't need to adjust it. You definitely need 2 people to put monitors on and adjust (for safety reasons and the instructions tell you this). It looks good, moves around easily and it fits through my doors (I've seen other comments stating otherwise). Check you space dimensions. This desk is big and bulky. I needed something slightly smaller but this desk was great build quality and sturdy. Mine came with some shipping damage but the company fixed the issue immediately. Just measure your space closely because an item like this is difficult to return. ... show more
