As someone else mentioned if you want to use with a TCL TV then you need to make the holes larger to accommodate the screws. Took about 30 seconds with a drill to remedy the issue. If you don’t have access to a drill this is going to be a huge problem though. Had to really tighten down the arm well to accommodate a 43” screen but it works well.

I found that it is great for standard monitors. It will carry a 42 inch but best if tightened and locked to a permanent position. I needed to rotate it horizontally daily so I removed one of the two extension arms and through bolted it to the desk instead of using the edge clamp. Only surprise was that the vertical "portrait" rotation axis will not lock like the rest of the hinges but it still works for me!

I would have liked to have given this product 5 stars but unfortunately I can not due to the screws supplied for mounting. It seems that some monitors and TV's do not have deep screw holes in the back of them where the VESA plate mounts. I had to take 4 of the screws that mount the arms to the 100 x 100 VESA plate and use them to screw into the back of the TV's. The 4 thumb screws that were supplied I had to use with the nuts from the smaller screws to mount the 4 arms to make the VESA into 200 x 100 VESA. If the product would have come with 8 small screws, washers and nuts, overall I would have given this a 5 STAR rating. I have and would recommend this product to others; however telling them that they may have to improvise and put some of the screws where they should not be to use screws to make the VESA be able to mount.

The plate that comes with this mount has holes for M4 screws, but some TCL TVs with 100x100 patterns use M6 screws, which are too wide for the mounting plate. From what I can tell, M6 screws are only supposed to be used at 200x200 or bigger patterns, which this mount does support with wing adapters, so the fault does seem to be with TCL, but I will be returning this mount. Other than the specific problem I have, the mount is pretty easy to assemble, materials seemed solid.

First off the easiest desk Mount I've ever put together. I have a 43 inch Samsung monitor and I doubted the sturdiness once I saw the size of the mount. Boy was I wrong this thing holds up my Beast monitor without any issues and it's the first time I can move it freely. If you're looking for a mount for a big heavy monitor this is it. Save your money.
