I purchased this mount for my 85" TV and it absolutely lives up to expectations. The mount is extremely sturdy and offers a nice range of motion. The left/right sliding adjustment (about 16" total adjustment range) allows the TV to be centered in the desired location relative to the wall studs. Installation was mostly straightforward, and the printed drilling template was useful. We only ran into one issue with the screws that hold the left/right sliding motion in place. The mount ships with those screws tightened at the center position. The screws on my unit were so tight that they were impossible to remove without getting stripped (we tried multiple phillips head screwdrivers of different sizes). I ended up having to remove them with a stripped screw removal kit and contacted customer service, who shipped me replacement screws. I assume this was an anomaly as it didn't sound like customer service had ever encountered this issue before. One other thing that I'll note is that while the sliding adjustment is really useful, it is only a one-time adjustment that should be performed prior to mounting the TV. The screws go through the entire mount including the adjustment plate, preventing it from sliding freely (which could be a good thing or bad thing depending on what you want). I personally wouldn't feel comfortable adjusting the slide position after mounting the TV because the TV could fall forward during the process of removing the screws, adjusting the slide position, and reinstalling the screws in the new position. Overall, this mount was definitely worth the money despite the minor hiccup during installation. EDIT: I would also like to add that a 10 mm hex driver is extremely useful for tightening and loosening the bolts for the leveling adjustment. I got one on Amazon called "Klein Tools 630-10MM 10mm Cushion-Grip Nut Driver with 3-Inch Shaft" and it's way easier to use than the included wrench and my 10 mm socket wrench. The TV does occasionally need to be releveled if you change the arm extension/positioning, so this tool is sure to come in handy over time.

After trying like three different wall mounting system this one is the one. Very heavy ,very sturdy very ,strong. Adjustable in every direction. The tree different wall mounting before I try for 80 in TV were too soft to flexible and everything was moving around the wall They was simply not strong enough for big 85-in TV. THIS ONE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was not sure if this item would be worth almost $200 while similar one is about $60. But still wanted to try and received it yesterday. Mount itself is way heavier then I thought. It make me feel it is super strong. I can say that it is really heavy duty. Only complaints I can have that the pro ided bolts did not fit my Samsung 85" qled tv. Like most of new tvs this is a thin tv and provided bolts was too long. I had to find it somewhere else to attach bars to my tv. I hope they consider this and start adding short bolts as majority of the tvs are really thin and no way you can use old style long bolts. Also mount could be ligher with stronger material. I had hard time to install it to the wall because it is too havy to hold with 1 hand. On the otherside provided 6 screews were great. Especially making possible to use 2 screws for each stud on top made me feel safer. Overall 9 out of 10.

I’m starting with the dislike and this makes my review actually a 4.5 of 5. The provided template was incorrect for the hanging screws to the wall. I had to drill holes next to holes . Not a good thing. Other than what’s mentioned above this tv mount is awesome. I mounted it and hung from it no problem (170 lbs)

Should be the last mount I ever have to hang, after hanging with it fully extended I hung on it and was very pleased. Mount weighs 40 pounds you will need 2 people to hang it, leveling features are sturdy the tilt settings are solid and good design for tightening, protect your investment, have 85 inch mounted, once tv mounted easy to change viewing angle, pushing tv back to wall little harder but works well, cable clips suck, buy some black wire ties. I love they call it the Beast it truly is.

This is by far the best wall mount I've ever purchased and used. Not cheap but they say you get what you pay for. This mount is beefy, sturdy and you best mount to wall studs as per installation guide. I heard my wall screeching, so I tightened bolts some more with rachet . I can move my 75" Samsung to whichever position I need. Wasn't hard to install. I would recommend & purchase again.
