I didn't know if I was going to like this PA system but I am thoroughly impressed. I pulled it out of the box and set it up in my basement rehearsal space. The music stands are quite short but they hold the speakers admirably. The speakers are small loudspeakers, and they have a built in handle to make them easy to carry around. They are quite lightweight and will clamp to the top of the stand so you can actually move the whole thing by holding the speaker by the handle once you've tightened it down on the top of the stand's pole. After I connected the speakers together with the included standard speaker wire, because the power for the second speaker is provided by the first, I plugged in the power cable to the back of the speaker only. I bumped the power switch accidentally, and to my surprise the speakers turned on. I didn't really read the description very well otherwise I would have known that these are rechargeable and will run without external power applied, which makes them great for situations where power isn't readily available. I connected my phone to the speakers via bluetooth and found some music to play through it. These speakers are very loud and I didn't hear any distortion when I turned them up as loudly as I dared in my basement. These are perfect loud speakers for a speaking event and with the correct adjustments to the eq on the back of the speakers, they reproduced the music I was playing pretty admirably, though the bass frequencies were somewhat lacking as the 8" speakers inside them are not ported in a way that helps them reproduce them very well. If I had to say what these are good for, they could be fine speakers for an acoustic show, with a guitar player and vocalist, or maybe for a singing piano player. Speaking of singing, the microphone is lightweight and kind of cheap but it does the job and comes with an XLR to 1/4" mono cable. The inputs on the speaker are 1/4", and there are two of them so you can either plug your instruments and microphones directly into the back and mix there, or if you have a stereo mixer, or a daw with an interface you like to run everything through with quarter inch outputs you can run those outputs into the speakers directly. I am very pleased with this PA system and think it's a great value. I have an acoustic music project I'm working on with another musician and I can say with confidence, this is the perfect PA for that purpose.

This portable setup is excellent for small gatherings, home use or for busking, if that’s your thing. First off, I will say I thought the speakers would be larger based on the listing images. However, they are much smaller but this is not necessarily a bad thing as for my intended purpose of at-home karaoke nights, them being smaller is actually a plus since they will take less space when put away. Still, even being small-er they do pack a punch on the sound department, and I found the sound to be rich and clear, at least for the regular Joe, so I got no complaints there. The kit comes with the two speakers, speaker stands, a wired microphone and the required cables. It does have a second input for a guitar, so I am assuming a second microphone could be used with these, or so it would seem. It also has a RCA output port, so you can add other speakers and increase the sound coverage. As far as functions, it allows you to play music files from a USB, memory card, FM radio or Bluetooth. I connected it through Bluetooth to my phone and the connection was simple and stable, with the audio remaining crisp despite the volume. And on the topic of Bluetooth, I would like to know if you can also pair Bluetooth microphones to use with this setup, although I didn’t get a chance to try that yet and I could not find any mentions of this anywhere. Both speakers are light and have an integrated carrying handle, so it makes hauling them around somewhat easy. For portability’s sake, it would be great if these were stackable to carry one large object instead of two, but that’s just extra. All in all, although pricey, I’d say these are definitely worth it for their versatility, portability and perceived quality.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a PA system I could comfortably manage on my own for volunteer meetings—something light, flexible, and friendly enough to handle both background music and speaking. This Moukey system is a really good match. The speakers and stands are compact and light, so I can lift and set everything up without help. I’m married to a professional musician and had been borrowing one of his smaller systems, but it was heavy for me (an older lady). This one feels much more approachable, while still feeling solid and well made. Setup is simple. One powered speaker connects to the other with a color-coded cable, so there’s no guessing. The microphone plugs right in and has its own on/off switch. The stands open smoothly, and once you insert the safety pin and tighten the bolt, everything feels secure. We tested all the feature—Bluetooth, mic, music playback—and everything worked as expected and those little speakers sound great. The remote takes 2 AAA batteries and makes volume, track, or station changes easy (yes, it has a radio in it, another surprise!), and the fact that the whole system runs on rechargeable internal batteries feels a little magical. No outlet? No problem! My husband just kept saying "Wow!" as we were testing it. What really makes this system great for me is how portable it is. I was able to fit the speakers, stands, cables, microphone, and remote into a 28" duffel bag, which means everything can be carried in one trip. I’ll probably switch to a slightly larger rolling bag so I can use the foam padding it came with for extra protection, but the fact that it all fits together is a big plus. Between the rechargeable batteries, easy controls, great sound, and full feature set, this system feels very well suited to meetings and small gatherings. It’s not a professional touring setup, but for real-world, everyday use, it’s a practical and nicely thought-out solution.
