The media could not be loaded. I bought this for one reason: to do little outdoor neighborhood shows WITHOUT needing to plug in to AC power! I had wanted one of the expensive systems by the big names but just could not justify the high cost of admission, so I thought I'd give this a try. Is it as good as a system that costs 3-4x as much? Probably not, but it sure is PERFECT for my use and at a great price! Check out my video review, it's kinda silly, and my 8-year old daughter filmed it, so go easy on me :-) Here is what I can tell you about this: 1) I'd say in genuine RMS watts, this is about 40-80 watts RMS. Plenty loud for a small backyard Karaoke or concert ... but nowhere near the "540 watts peak power" claimed. 2) The wireless mics work GREAT, but they are very sensitive, so don't get to close if you sing loud or they will distort!! Also, they are on the same channel, so they do not have independent volume controls for each mic, just one for both. 3) The Echo is PERFECT, just a nice slap-back, that is right for almost any music ... just don't use too much or it might sound cheesy ... a little goes a long way! Oh, and it ONLY affects the microphones, not the background music. 4) The Bass and Treble controls control ONLY the music volume, not the microphones ... which is okay because the mics sound great, and that way you can crank the bass on your music track without messing up the mic sound :-) 5) The Bluetooth connects well, sounds good, and stays paired. 6) The battery lasts about 2-3 hours when using the system at FULL volume ... I imagine it lasts a lot longer when used at a lower volume. 7) I didn't use it to play media from a USB or Micro SD card, so I can't speak to that ... but I'm sure it works fine. 8) The included holder will hold anything from my phone to my 12.9" iPad pro. 9) My daughter LOVES the little disco light ... but I find it not so appropriate for my real concerts ;-) She's already planning a Karaoke nigh for her class at school as soon as schools open. It will be sooooo easy to just use this with NOTHING extra! Okay, that's about all. I plan to use this for outdoor concerts at retirement homes this fall, and I think it will be perfect. So simple and easy! Don't even need an AC outlet.

I have had this karaoke machine for 3 years. It still works just as good as the day I purchased it. It was easy to set up and connect to bluetooth. The only down side is the mic holder.

Purchased this as a Christmas present for the family. It worked great the first couple times, and third time we used it, one of the mics stopped working completely. Tried replacing the batteries to no avail. Of course, by the time we found this out, it was too late to send it back via Amazon Prime, and the company doesn't have a website or customer support contact info that I can find (if Moukey wants to make it right, please feel free to reach out). There's also no way to connect it to a tv that we could find, so you HAVE to use a tablet or phone, which makes reading the lyrics very difficult. And the range for the mikes isn't great - not that we need to sing from another room or anything, but it might be nice to at least be able to move around the room you're in. Based on the fact that one of the 3 core components does not work at all after just a couple uses, I would not recommend this product.

We couldn't connect two speakers as advertised. There's no way to control the bass and it is very loud.

We have used it a couple times now and have loved it. We bought it to be able to have a speaker with microphones for outside events at our church. We needed something that would keep a charge unlike the one we had that ran off electricity. When I saw it as a lightning deal it was perfect. The only flaws we have seen is we wish there was a way that we didn’t have the lights come on automatically. Or some sort of way we didn’t have to turn them off every time. One thing I noticed when loading and unloading or moving it. It has nice handles and grab areas to lift it. I just wish the back handle for rolling it was a little sturdier. It is great while rolling! However it seems a little flimsy when you are leaning it down to roll it. That’s truly my only complaint. Several of us have commented how nice it is to have. Unlike most doesn’t give feed back if the two mics are close to each other. Also you have to be really close for feedback from the speaker but the range has to be basically up on the speaker. Very happy with our choice of the speaker!
