Can you say, P.O.S.? I had a 5g 2020 Razr that was okay (I'm still a BlackBerry person at heart) but it finally started acting up by not holding a charge and getting really hot while charging so after doing some homework, this looked like my best option. Well, turns out not so much. A number of the apps that came standard on my 2020 model are not to be found. Nor are some of the sound options to let you know that there's a call or a text or even for the alarm mode... and after a rather long call to Motorola's CS folks, there's no way to go back and get them. And speaking of apps, there's are a number of new ones that no one can tell me what they do, plus when I tried to take a look at a couple of them, it wouldn't let me even look at any part of it without clicking the "AGREE" button! All of that was for starters. I looked to see how to turn on the "Flashlight" mode and the instructions (once I found them online) showed you could do it with a "chopping" motion. That was easy. Again, not so much. It worked exactly twice. Now if I want the flashlight mode, it's about a half-dozen clicks. CS keeps trying to tell me it's a software issue and want to access my phone remotely. That ain't happening. Especially when other actions that are supposed to be activated by certain motions don't work and they agree that whatever part of the hardware that detects different motions isn't 'detecting'. Today was the last straw. With the phone closed and in my pocket, somehow it managed to 'butt dial' a number I called 2 weeks ago and I've maybe butt dialed a phone 2 or 3 times, EVER! Then when I hung it up, the screen suddenly had a background of multi colored 'balloons'. It took me a while to change the screen back to where it had been but the balloons have come back 3 more times today!! And that's with it sitting on a table and nowhere near my pocket. Not a fan of Samsung or Apple but I may not have a choice. Like I said, IMHO a P.O.S. ... show more

I love this flip phone. I love a bigger screen but never have liked a bigger phone because they never fit into your pocket! This phone solves that issue completely! Doesn't sacrifice quality either!

We bought two of these. They are quicker than the phones we replaced. There are a few qwerks that aren't really deal breakers. First the sound sometimes goes quiet and you have to restart the phone. Happens once in a while. The screen is nice and clear. I don't fold the phone much. It was a gimmick I got over with quickly. That's just me. Battery life is pretty good too. It's not too hard to find a case for it, however there are really only two types. One that protects the hinge and another that doesn't. The ones that do protect the hinge have a bit that sticks out so the phone doesn't lay flat. The other type will fall off the phone when dropped. ... show more
