    • NEVER TRUST AMAZON TO REFUND YOUR MONEY IN ANY SORT OF TIMELY MATTER...
Phone screen just went black after a few days of using it. Would not charge, power on, reset soft, hard reset, I mean it just went out completely. I returned it and the case and stylus to amazon through Kohls return. Amazon credits me for my case and stylus, but not the $217 phone. Now, this was February 24th I brought it to Kohls with the return labels printed, they scanned them and gave me my copies. Same night I was refunded for the accessories but not the phone.... to this day almost 2 weeks later I still have not received my refund of the phone yet? Any store with the product and a receipt would refund your money instantly, but amazon takes weeks apparently and even possibly a month. I have literally spent thousands on their shopping site, I pay my prime membership, I even bought add on subscriptions through them like unlimited music, audible, apple TV, paramount plus, food delivery. Do you think they care.. nope I'm so disappointed that 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on over $200 when they very clearly can see they received the product on the tracking return sheet Kohls provides for verification for both parties. I'm feeling so taken Advantage of and not like a customer but more like a fool.. how does your shopping get delayed for 2 weeks j find that hard to believe ... show more

    • Issues turning off and on (FIXED)
Edit: Problems stated below were resolved using the following steps: (1) Factory reset (2) Install all software and security updates (3) Not sure if necessary, but charged the phone up to 100% and let it drain back down as a battery test. I'm going to keep monitoring the performance to see if it really was just a software issue. Other than this problem, I really love the phone! 5 minutes after using it, the screen turned off and wouldn't turn back on. Went to try charging it and it said it was at 0%, despite being at 45% when it arrived. When it sat on the charger for about 30 seconds, it would jump up to the previous charge level and finally turn on. Every time I turn it off it gives me the same problem, so I'm returning it immediately because this shouldn't be happening with a "new" phone. ... show more

Was sold as “renewed, excellent” Arrived in pristine condition, no scratches or cracks, it looked brand new. No cracks or weird ripples at the bend in the screen. Was unlocked as advertised. Came with a cord and the little sim ejector doodad. Purchased for my dad to replace a galaxy flip 3 after he broke the screen, he’s a tad disappointed by the smaller exterior screen, and the differences in the layout, but it’s a beautiful phone and he’ll get used to it :P ... show more

My boyfriend wanted to replace his old razr for the same one and we found this. He was excited itd be green but he received the wrong color and got grey instead. The next day he took it to metro to switch his line over to the phone. Ever since then the phone is having a few issues. One of the biggest issues is when he calls me from it he sounds muffled and I cant make out what hes saying at all and its been that way since he made his first call. It comes and goes. The item looked brand new. I could not use it though bc the description was was in fault and said it was unlocked when in fact it was locked to AT&T. That was a bummer bc I liked the phone but don't use AT&T mobile services. I sent it back for a refund.
