Ordered two of these, we needed new phones because old Motorola X4 phones were almost out of storage but still worked very well. Our last 3 phones have been Motorola and we have never had issues. This time I decided to try refurbished because our Motorola phones seem to last really well and of course to save a bunch of money! Both phones came in very good condition! One even had the Motorola turbo charger the other one did not but had a charger. Both came in original boxes. Both phones were already update to Android 11, that was nice! Thank you Solarcomm well done! Both phones paired up quickly and transfered over data from old Motorola X4's. Both phones hooked up to Verizon network with sim cards from old phones. Messages and phone calls all work flawless (didn't even have to call Verizon to do anything!). Everything works as it should! Very happy! Heck of a deal for $124.99. I would have no issue buying a Amazon refurbished phone in the future! It really is almost like brand new. ... show more

Fast delivery, good phone with good service. Very good price, awesome cameras. I did notice that the power supply for the the charger was getting hot so i stoped using it.. The battery is built in and does not come out. I don't remember it coming with a sim card. Neather did the new one. But thats okay. I would recommend not dropping it because I did one too many times and the charging port was damaged long story short It stopped charging. So I bought the same model hopefully I'll have better luck with the new one. Oh The new one came with a better charger too so I'm still happy with the model witch is why I was willing to give it another chance. ... show more

I bought this phone and it quit working 2 days after the 60 day return deadline. It started having a mind of it's own one night and by the next day it wouldn't even power on. I do not recommend this phone to anyone.

Bought this cause I was needing a new phone and I took a leap of faith cause of the good price.. learned my lesson. Stylist came broke.. it's not 5G and it's SLOWWW typing this rn the words have to catch up its that slow. Buffers on every video and wont connect to wifi now and idk why..
