I was looking forward to receiving this with it having so many good reviews. What a disappointment! The cut out areas on the back are done horribly. They look like a child cut them out. In the one hole you can even see the cardboard bit that is inside the backing. The magnet that holds the closure strap barely holds. The closure when lined up with the weak magnet allows a gap between ipad and cover preventing the sleep feature (if that would even work) from working. The magnet in the back will not start to hold the closure strap back so the strap comes forward and hangs over the front of the ipad screen blocking part of it. I love the pattern and really wanted this one. I will return this and look for a different brand.

This is an update on an earlier review. I bought one case and the auto shut off didn't work so I returned it and ordered another. It still didn't work but I liked the case so much that I just turned the auto wake up off on my ipad and shut it off manually which wasn't a big deal. Lo and behold the company contacted me and wanted to send me a new one with no obligation but to just make it right for me. The new case came in the mail today and SUCCESS!!! The auto wake up/sleep works. Thank you so much to Dteck for following up and making me a very happy customer. I would definitely order from them again. I love the designs on their covers. I got the Van Gogh Irises and I get so many compliments.

The iPad case arrived timely and i was excited to replace my busted case. After the switch, I was happy to see that the case was sturdy so I was very happy with the product. It wasn’t until a week later that I realized there is a problem with the magnetic closure. It wasn’t closing right so my iPad was running out of juice all the time. I emailed the vendor directly. They were helpful and tried to help troubleshoot. When it was determined that the product was indeed defective, they were able to send a replacement right away. The new case works as it should. Very happy with the attention and service received. Would buy again!

The cover is kind of cute. Thought it would be a fun thing for the kids. As for usage, the cover is so so. The way it props up is by just having it ride on the cover. There are no stops.. well I guess you can use the business card cutouts to create a stop from sliding, if it slides. The cover seems to have enough grip to stop it from sliding. It DOES NOT have a magnet to auto shutoff the ipad. I was a bit disappointed about that. The magnet they were referring to in the description was only to keep the front over closed. It does it job in keeping it close. All is not loss about the auto close. Since the cover has cutouts for the business cards, one can glue in a magnet in the right location for the magnetic sensor.

This was listed as “Elephant Doctor”. The thumbnail picture looks like the elephant could be wearing a stethoscope so I got it. Now, I’ll admit, there’s nothing here that makes me sure without reasonable doubt that this elephant is not actually a doctor who is just listening to headphones during a break from being an elephant doctor but... nothing here is screaming “I’m a doctor” either. It’s a hard call. He is wearing glasses, so maybe he’s an extra smart elephant or it’s possible he’s just an elephant with bad vision and his first name is “Doctor”. It’s also possible he’s like the Dr. Dre of elephants and has a rap empire from the late 90’s/ early 2000’s. You never know. So, my review is that this product is well made as far as construction goes but the cover model just leaves me with more questions than answers. I only recommend this if you’re really ready to put in some serious hours mental deliberation and have time to chase Dr Elephant down rabbit holes while he either saves lives or keeps it real on the ones and twos.

The media could not be loaded. I like that my tablet seems secure. There is a magnetic tab to keep in securely closed. There’s an elastic slot for the included stylus that is under the closure so it’s secure in your bag. The edges are protected my the plastic part. There are cutouts for camera etc on this Retina display series 2-3, can’t remember. Even though there aren’t any tabs to keep it upright it does sit upright on desk in any desired position. At this point the only thing I really dislike is the tremendous off gassing. The smell is strong. I’m not certain I can stand it.

After reading some negative reviews of this product I was scared, worried that it would not fit my tablet, but it fits perfectly, the camera, power and side button openings are the way they should be, and the cover turns my tablet on and off as it should. The stylus is pink, though and it does not match the cover at all, but I do not use the stylus anyways. A bit heavier than my previous cover. That is a minus but all the pluses totally make this a great product. Edit: This lasted in good shape about one year. Then the material started cracking. Would I buy this again? Yes. It protected my Ipad from falls. It looked pretty until it didn't.

This is a very pretty iPad case. The colors are a bit brighter than the colors in Van Gough’s Irises, but I like the bright colors. The case fits my iPad mini perfectly and protects it well. I’ve dropped it twice (once on concrete and once on a tile floor) and my iPad wasn’t damaged. My only complaints are that when I use it to stand my iPad up it slides down very easily and the sleep/wake function doesn’t seem to work. My iPad screen stays on when I close the cover unless I actually push the button to “put it to sleep”. I use my iPad a lot, carrying it in my purse almost everywhere I go & so far the case is holding up very well.
