This unlocked Moto power g (model XT3211DL) really is fully unlocked and an amazingly good phone. I use it in northern USA with an AT&T SIM. Unlike Verizon and T-Mobile, AT&T refuses to whitelist the DL model which is FINE by me, I use a Mobile-Voip for calls and Netshare with a proxy for a fast hotspot. It means I have to tell my laptop internet options to use Netshare's proxy IP and port. So it will work with every SIM, and if you want to use an AT&T SIM there are tiny complications which chatGPT can explain. I am really really happy that I have equivalent to a top phone for less than 100. It can't make payments at cash registers (one year too old for that). [added note, you can ask chatGPT, but you may need to create an edited APN called ATT with next line "phone" instead of what at&T puts like 'extended phone"] ... show more
