Okay, let me start by saying that I've been browsing refurbished/reconditioned phones on Amazon for some time, so I know exactly what to expect when I press the "buy" button on the refurbished device. With that in mind, this Moto G Power 2025 made a bigger impression on me than I thought it would. The good things first. The performance is solid in relation to the price. I'm not an avid player, but I broadcast on YouTube, I use TikTok, I use Google Maps all the time and I send text messages all day, and this phone can handle everything without sweating. The battery life is really excellent, which is kind of a whole Motorola thing with the G Power line, and it provides it. Constantly, I spent a whole day and a half with a single load. 8 GB of RAM also means that it is not delayed when switching between applications, which was a pleasant surprise in this price range. Now "renewed" the control of reality, and I'm not saying this as a complaint, but as a sincere warning to anyone who hasn't ordered refurbished phones before. This phone came with visible scratches on the back panel, some small scratches around the edges, and a very light hair feature on the bottom corner of the screen (visible only when the screen is off). Nothing that doesn't affect functionality ABSOLUTELY, but if you're someone who needs to make your phone look flawless, then that's not for you. I saw that the previous owner definitely used this phone every day. The screen itself works perfectly, there are no dead pixels, there is no exhaustion that you can detect. To be honest, the gray color hides the scratches better than the lighter color. It arrived unlocked as announced, I inserted the SIM card and it was ready to work in a few minutes. The camera is decent, nothing that competes with the flagship, but it is completely good for daily photos and video calls. Conclusion: When it comes to the price difference compared to buying a new one, the small consumption of cosmetics is, in my opinion, a compromise without zastu. If you buy refurbished, you buy for value, and that's what it provides. Just don't wait for a call in the living room, and you won't be disappointed. Would I buy it again?     • Great Phone but Have Patience in Setup Process
Upon receiving this phone I installed my sim card and turned the phone on and got the dreaded "Phone Locked by Verizon" which is not my provider. The message I received was my sim card would not work. I then decided to see what would happen if I proceeded to set up the phone and download my apps (thinking if I still got the message that the phone was locked, I would reset it to factory settings and return it). After setting it up and restarting the phone, it recognized my sim and all is good -- it's unlocked. I've been using it now for a day and it's great (like new). The only thing is when I boot it up, the Verizon logo comes up for a fraction of a second then disappears. I got the phone for $159 which is about $90 less than the current price for the Moto G Power 2025 on Amazon. If you purchase this phone and get the message that it's locked, I would recommend spending a little more time to go through the setup process and see if its really locked. I am very happy with the condition of the phone and the speed. It should be noted that this phone repaces a 2020 Motorola Moto G Stylus which was beginning to slow down and the battery life was beginning to fail.     • Phone is unlocked, but Verizon is still installing software without consent
The good new is that the phone is unlocked as promised, and I can text and call with my provider. The battery life is not what I expected from a like-new phone, but the camera and screen are fine. The problem is that the phone thinks it's a Verizon phone, and there's no way to convince it otherwise. There doesn't seem to be a way to delete all the Verizon apps from the phone. I have disabled all the ones I could find, but I still regularly get notifications warning me that the SIM card I'm using is not from Verizon. This is annoying but manageable. However, what really irks me is that the Verizon App Manager seems to resurrect itself and it keeps installing apps without my consent. These are games that look like they could be malware and that I have zero interest in, so I delete them as soon as they appear. For me, the hassle created by this behavior makes this "renewed" version not worth the money. I won't be buying one of these ever again. ... show more

Correct product in excellent shape so far, I've only had it for a few days but the battery seems to have 90+ % and it looks like it is brand new. Bang for your buck it the 2025 g power is a good phone. Shipping was on time as advertised and the item arrived with a charger and cable in a plain box. It is carrier unlocked as advertised, although it does have verizon branding on startup it worked fine with another carrier. The only thing I could think of adding is a sim door pin, it didn't come with one so I had to dig up my old one but that isn't a big deal and not worth a star to me, but if someone needs a phone and doesn't have something that will fit to pop out the sim tray I could see it being frustrating. ... show more
