Be forewarned..... expect ads out of nowhere if you buy this from Amazon Prime!!! I keep having ads pop up out of nowhere, even when I'm not on a website. It's literally on my home screen, when I'm in settings, when I'm in a specific setting. Trying to get rid of this issue has been a NIGHTMARE!! I still haven't been able to and I can't get anyone to help me with this. It's absolutely ridiculous! I tried Motorola itself and it just sends me to Moli which is absolutely NO help. I was able to find something out from Moli though. Because it was bought through Prime, Amazon subsidized the purchase price in exchange for offers and ads on your lock screen. To remove these ads, you can make a one-time payment. I tried the directions it gave (shown in the pic) and I can't even find my phone in the device tab and definitely no "Special Offers". And then I have to pay for it!! Like I said, this is ridiculous!! My wife bought this phone because it was the same she had previously but her old one broke. We already went rounds trying to get everything transfered over, now this? I mean it LITERALLY gets pop up at ANY given time!! In the middle of anything! Everything works well phone looked new though was marked refurbished. I think the battery is old and will need to be replaced soon. For now it is great. I took one start away because of shipping the phone box was just stuck in a larger box with no packing or support so it just got slammed around and could have damaged the device. ... show more

Contrary to what AT&T claims, I DO get 5G with AT&T in densely populated areas. The phone works very fast. Scrolling between apps is very fluid. There's no choppy movements or "shuddering" when minimizing an app. Battery life is good. The charger works decent (and I'm spoiled but owning several OnePlus phones which charge extremely fast) but I think a generic quick charge 3.0 is actually faster at charging this phone. I have to have A LOT of stuff running all at once to bog down the performance of this thing. ... show more

The device did arrived, the main issue is that it was supost to be unlocked and it's because its registered to verizon, please change your info, so that it shows it's still with verizon and then after i took it to a tech , they told me that there were a few steps to do to finish the proces of unlocking it from verizon, but that the cell was unlocked. so please post those steps and clarify the info. ... show more

The batterey was supposed to last for 2 days and in 2 hours it was dead and needed to be charged . The flash light cover is broke in half and has the out lining of the phone lit up and it's not supposed to be. It's not worth the money I paid for these defects, for a hundred dollars more I could of got a new phone and I'm very disappointed with this item and supposed to be sending a replacement to take in it's place and I still haven't received the replacement and it's going on a month and a half now. ... show more
