I got a refurbished one and I saved about $40 and it was worth it.. at first I was having a little trouble with the SIM card because you have to put your sim card in and then connect it to your Wi-Fi and then turn the phone off to get it activated and turn it back on and everything will work fine.. very different from other phones with unlocked capabilities but everything is working now I'm not going to return it.. I am going to keep it.. and a great thing about this phone it has update capabilities it is guaranteed to update at least two to three times so that means I will have this phone for the next two years and that is great.. I decided to buy a Moto G 2025 because my daughter has the 2024 model & I like it. So far, so good. I was worried the phone wouldn't work with my carrier, because I read some negative reviews. I use Xfinity mobile and after putting my SIM card in & setting up my Google account, everything worked fine. I paid $150 after 45% off of the original price. Beware that not all moto g are esim compatible and the seller does check them before sending the phone, so you are rolling the dice when you buy that they might send you the right device
