The media could not be loaded. It’s smaller and softer than the ones that come with a Dyson detect. Unfortunately, My $700 vacuum cleaner didn’t come with a hose or this perfect little attachment. ( do better Dyson your attachments suck ass. I SAID scratch class. Shame on you, Siri.) … there’s a collar that clicks up and twist around that kinda combs the bristles. The only thing is attaching it to the vacuum handheld is very loose and would not click for the attachments. It is very reliable for cleaning your keyboards for crumbs or any small hard-to-reach area.
