    • Returning Wailau and Pelekunu
Actually read the book when it came out in 1978. Because of the book, I traveled to Molokai and its North Shore valleys, Halawa, Wailau, and Pelekunu. Wonderful experience. I am re-reading the book because once again I plan to travel there this coming summer.

Account of several paddles of Molokai's wild North shore. The first time she actually *swam* it (with fins of course), towing an ice cooler. These are not really "paddles", but, rather, adventures
