They look great, feel pretty good when walking in them. They are much easier to wear and shift gears than boots, but, they need to either be waterproof, or at least more water resistant. I was very satisfied with the A++ customer service. I like these kicks but have concerns about longevity. I have pictures of brand new vs one month of commuting a few days a week in Pittsburgh's variable conditions. I don't stray from a shower as the reputation here is that of Portland/Seattle. I don't like to be flashy so I like these shoes because I feel protected but not kitted out like a race driver. Hence even changing the red laces to black. I can wear these at my desk job without looking too informal or like i rode in off the track. They are comfortable and not stiff. The zipper high top is very thoughtful for convenience. I am a new motorcycle rider and female, and was looking for a decent pair of motorcycle sneakers. I took a MSP course and had problems with my engineer boots shifting gears because the toe box was thick. These eem to work well. I like how there is extra reinforcement on the toe area. I am a size 9 wide in women’s shoes and the size 7 fit perfectly. Your best bet is to go by European sizing. There is ample room for your feet, and what’s nice is that you can put them on with the side zipper and then adjust the laces for a perfect fit. I’m not crazy about red laces, and mine came with black ones, so I replaced them. They are nice an low profile. I’m not big on name brands.
