This is my first amazon review ever & ive made over 150 purchases through here in my life! Ive had many purchases that pleased me but these jeans amazed me. I'm very picky when it comes to jeans and styles and this is A1++ I bought the medium and I'm barely 5'11, 33 waist. So some jeans I fit a 32 and others I fit a 33, but 34s are way too big. This medium size was perfect for me. Don't listen to the reviews about the knee pads being too low, there are 2 pockets in the knee section where you can have it lower and higher. I used the upper pocket and fit perfect. Jeans are not tight but not loose. They stretch & feel very comfortable. I do not feel restricted at all & they look great. You can wear these out in public without causing too much attention. You can wear your favorite nikes, jordans, or riding boots and will fit them well. These are practically the same exact thing as the $200-$300 riding jeans you see online just for a fraction of the price. Ill deff be buying more for sure in the future, just hoping they come out with a grey color pair. Though these are exactly what I was hoping for. Im going to give them 5 stars but nothing is perfect. Cons -Shipping was almost 2 weeks. But I knew that -They did come with a very weird smell. Almost like brand new plastic or something. But nothing a simple wash can't fix which is why I'll keep the 5 stars ... show more

These motorcycle jeans seem to be well made and they are heavier than normal jeans (which is a good thing right). I have not had the chance to ride with the jeans yet after washing and trying them on for size, they fit well. They are tapered enough down the length of the legs. The knee pad insert is a little low but that's probably my legs are shorter than the jeans were meant for the wearer. The jeans come with hip pads which is a plus. Now here's the bad part. The flap that covers the zipper, it bends out, this is very awkward looking and embarrassing. I supposed it could be ironed to sit flat against the zipper but these are jeans, they don't resold well to ironing and training. Also, I think it was the way the flap was sown onto the jeans...the piece of fabric is too narrow at the bottom end of the crotch area so it pops up like when one gets a haircut too short...the hair stands up. Overall, the jeans are very doable and should provide decent protection for the price so I rate it at 4 stars. ... show more

These pants are awesome. I didn't expect this quality or comfort. I have all the pads in which I normally take out because they're uncomfortable. The hip pads are a bit low but it's whatever, I'd buy a second pair if I wasn't a dirty animal that didn't wear the same pants every day.

I bought three pairs of similar pants for motorcycle riding from Amazon. Doing a collective review for them all here: VNFOX $60: 3/5 stars. I was honestly expecting worse given the low price point but the material was moderately thick and the pads were OK (don't expect too much protection though). The main downside was that the knee pads were sitting completely below my knees. I'm 5'6 with a thin build and got a size 28. These may have been a good option if I was closer to 6' tall. NBT $150: 2/5 stars. Very disappointed given that they were $100 more than VNFOX and you can tell they were made in the exact same factory. All of the details were exactly the same EXCEPT the knee pads felt thinner (-1 star), the pants felt overall lighter = slightly less dense material (-1 star). However, the knee pads sat half way below my knees instead of completely below them. I think if I were to ride with these, I would be OK given that my knees would be bent (+1 star). SHIMA Giro 2.0 $120: 5/5 stars. These were by far the best. The material quality is much higher, the fit was perfect (keep in mind, I'm a slim build) and would likely still be so for someone taller than me. Lastly, the knee pads were certainly of superior quality (not track quality but still solid). Lots of functional pockets too! Highly recommend. ... show more

From what I can tell so far, these pants will offer some good protection! I am female, 5’6”, and 130 lbs and I got the XS. They fit well except around the waist. They fit my legs fine though, not baggy at all. They are comfortable walking in and riding in. They are kind of thick, so I’ll be sweating like crazy in the heat. The pants themselves are built well and the armor is very good (not that super thin stuff). It’s very easy to insert and remove the armor pads when washing and stuff. I literally just opened the box and tried them on, so I will have to see how well they last. Hopefully, I won’t have to really test them. They do have a weird smell out of the box, like glue kind of. These won’t protect you. Made from cotton and spandex, merely with pockets for armor. Hit the deck with these on, and they’ll shred like normal pants. Don’t be mislead like I was. They ARE comfy and stretchy, but I need tough pants to prevent skin rash. These aren’t that !!!

Giving 5 stars cause they fit great. Lots of stretch where it counts. I've always had trouble finding pants in general cause I'm a man with a large booty. So I'm fairly cautious about purchases online when it comes to pants. These fit so well and are very comfortable.
