They fit well and do reduce overall road and engine noise. I can still hear the coms with these inserted. I rode 2 hours with these in and they were comfortable. I’ve tried a handful of different earplugs and these check most of the boxes. They fit flush in the ear and don’t rub against the helmet pads, stay in place pretty well. I rate them a 4.7 out of 5. I have had ringing in my ears for over 30 years. Lately it seems like it's getting worse and everything bothers them. I have been trying different earplugs to wear while riding my motorcycle. These are the best I have found and are afordable. My ears are smaller and these fit perfect. I love how they block the wind and the monotony of the pipes but I can still hear sirens coming. My ears get irritated very easily and these seem like the best solution I've found to date to avoid that, looks great and feels great. Only issue is I think my left ear is somewhere between the two sizes and doesn't feel super secure/sealed.

I have a 3 wheeled motorcycle and it's much quieter than other cycles to begin with, so using these earplugs was mostly to keep the wind out of my ears. But- I used these while doing shooting practice in my back yard, and they were PERFECT. The loud pops were muted so well! I'm impressed.
