They fit well and do reduce overall road and engine noise. I can still hear the coms with these inserted. I rode 2 hours with these in and they were comfortable. I’ve tried a handful of different earplugs and these check most of the boxes. They fit flush in the ear and don’t rub against the helmet pads, stay in place pretty well. I rate them a 4.7 out of 5. You can easily swap out the ear piece if you need. Pretty good all around hearing protection.

I have sampled quite a lot of ear plugs, I am a sucker for anything that allows me peace & quiet! I don't ride a motorcycle, but these ear plugs work great for any situation that requires the blocking of noise. This set does come with two different sizes, but to me, the sizes look very close. Once you find the set that fits best, the plugs seem to fit perfectly inside the outer ear canal. There seemed to be a bit of pressure balance, then it was 100% comfortable. The silicone is SO soft, I couldn't even feel that I was wearing them after about 2 seconds. They really do block out a great deal of sound, I can see these working great for so many situations. The case is very well made, and super strong, with a handy clip that can allow you to clip to a bag, purse, belt, etc. Everything in this set is very well made, and I definitely highly recommend!!

My ears get irritated very easily and these seem like the best solution I've found to date to avoid that, looks great and feels great. Only issue is I think my left ear is somewhere between the two sizes and doesn't feel super secure/sealed.
