They arrived quick, they fit perfect, and they look awesome. I’m impressed with how heavy duty they are and they look like they will holdup. . I saved over $100 from the Harley ones, and they were pretty easy to install. I did have to cut the existing saddle bag support bars, but it was quick work with a cutting wheel on my hand held angle grinder. The pipe on the crash bars is just a little bigger than the existing section of pipe you will cut off. So it slides right over it. They also DIDN’T COME WITH mounting bolts!!! I could use the existing bolt where the old lower support bar attached. But the upper attachment point under the seat, I had to find a bolt and washer that would fit into the already there threaded hole. They did however come with different color washers, the blue red yellow and stainless washers. If you wanted those behind the tips. Anyway, I think they are gonna work great and they definitely look good.

Good powder coat, thick metal and good welds from visual inspection Factory hardware lined right up but had to figure out by looking on frame these parts came with no instructions..... You have to cut back the curve to make it straight on front section of the black saddle bag support guards so the section can slide into eachother then mount. There's no going back but the support guards from harley are only 150$

I was a little skeptical when I bought this crash bar. After opening it up, the welds look good as does the powder coat. The crash bar seems very sturdy and well made. The install was fairly easy after a little hiccup with the first try. After reading other reviews, I used the factory HD hardware, it works fine. The procedure to installing it with ease for me was to install the bolt below the brake pedal first, with only a few threads started, followed by the top left (looking at the bike from the front) then the top right starting a few threads on each bolt, not tightening them. Then I installed the bolt below the shifter and tightened everything from there. This looks great and gives me more clearance for the shifter as opposed to the OEM crash bar. I am very happy with this purchase, hopefully it is never needed. Rubber side down, shiny side up !!!

Went with these bars after reading the reviews and I couldn’t be happier with the look and feel of these. These are definitely well made and easy to install. The only thing you should know is that it does require you to cut your existing saddle bag support bar , but that proved to be less tedious then I thought. After I cut them using a hacksaw, they went right on. They also come with three color rings which I thought was cool. Highly recommend.

I put these on a day before a road trip. That was definitely a mistake. 200 miles into a 600 mile trip my right side was going numb. It’s hard to tell by the photos but the right side is angled up and the left is angled slightly down. It ruined my trip to the tail of the dragon.

Right side went right on looked nice left side had to bend it to fit had already cut right side under bag to fit so there was no weighting for return it I did it again I would buy both parts from someone else and not cut factory parts

I really like this front crash bar but it could use a couple improvements. 1st, the 2 supplied bolts that go in the upper center are too short. 2nd, the holes for those bolts don't line up with the holes on the bike. Other than that it's great. Really good welds, nice powder coat. I would buy them again.
