Stuck closed after about two weeks on my LS which could’ve been pretty bad if I wouldn’t have caught it. Temps were down significantly while it lasted though, was seeing anywhere from 157- 176 while on the freeway and around the same during idle. You’ll have to have your car tuned so your fans come on earlier. Went back to the stock thermostat for this reason ... show more

This fits my 2009 Pontiac g8 6.0L v8. It made the car run reasonably cooler in traffic and even 25 degrees cooler on longer highway drives. Completed a full drain and fill along with gm coolant and water wetter. Makes for a good summer upgrade. L it has been in the 95-100degrees f here and I need the car to stay cool in the stop and go. ... show more
