Read reviews sent in on how to install. It worked perfect. The manufacture did not tell buyers it is required to unplug after use. It burns boards up and in engineering Intelligence they took off the power shut off switch on 2020, early and now newer have the switch, hate to have them back there bad idea. So you have to unplug every time. Also, the manufacture does not have a parts page to replace, you are forced to go third party. The only way you get parts is to have a tech come out for minimum $180 travel cost then parts and labor. Glad this worked and thank you for others in this review on your process.

Purchased bike in 2020. Didn't realize you are not supposed to leave power to it. The monitor stopped working, fan not working, nothing worked, it was dead in 2023. Found a video online on how to replace the circuit board that is hidden behind the chain guard. Bought the board it fixed the problem, everything works again. Replacement was fairly simple, watch the online video. For my bike, start by taking off the left side pedal, it is easy. You need a 5mm Allen wrench to loosen the bigger bolts, then you need a 3mm Allen wrench to remove the special bolt that actually holds the pedal on. You take off the left side chain guard cover sheet metal screws using a Phillips screw driver, go around to the right side and remove the rest of them, remove the small circular plastic guard caps up front from each side (there is one sheet metal screw and one threaded screw meant for a threaded hole, keep them straight), then pull off the left hand chain guard cover to expose the circuit card, I left the right side guard hanging on, no reason to fully remove it. Now pull off the circuit card electrical clips (they are all different, no chance of mixing them up later), you have to pry the little plastic lock arm so the clips pull out, remove the circuit card threaded screws (they are small, don't lose them), and take out the circuit card. Put in the new card by reversing the process. The tiny circuit card bolts are a pain to get back in, a magnetic Phillips screwdriver would help, I wound up carefully tipping the bike on its side being careful NOT to support the bike on the monitor, and used gravity to help get those pesky bolts back in. I used a small piece of masking tape to keep the bolts stuck to the Phillips screwdriver driver until I got them started in the hole, then I pulled the tape off. Put the covers back on, put the pedal back on, you are done. 20-30 minutes.

My wife went to use our 22I cycle and it was completely dead. No screen, fan, incline/decline, resistance, etc. Googled problem and bought this control board. Easy swap and everything working again!

Replaced my board on my Nordic Track s15i bike. Woke up one morning and my bike didn’t power on. Did research and found this company. Worked perfectly! Bought the insurance just in case as my original board only lasted two years!

This is exactly what i needed to fix my seemingly dead s22i. Walked into my work out area one morning and my s22i would not wake up. Tried multiple factor resets and still nothing. I feared it was a goner since i was out of warranty with Nordic track. Ordered this and with 15 min of work we were up and running again!
