I give 5 stars to this product because the company is truly one of the best I've had dealings with, in a very long time. The wagon is exactly as I expected, except it came with a defective latch. I purchased the wagon about 5 months before I assembled it and thats when I realized it had a defective latch. Contacted the company and stated the problem, long story short. They sent an entire new latch and arm assembly, very quickly, that is an upgrade to the original. Now the wagon works perfectly. Things happen, but to get a company that goes that extra step is very rare. They gained my trust and appreciation.

Very nice product. Easy Assembly. One thing to note is that the trailer bed itself is only 5-1/2 inches deep, which is not shown anywhere in the description. The overall height is listed as 15 inches, but 9-1/2 inches of that is the railing. Just got it yesterday and assembled it. It remains to be seen how well it holds up to everyday use.

Great cart, hauls stone, block, logs, mulch, bags of stuff, 3 trash cans at a time... Very useful,recommend getting a 5/8" magnetic hitch pin to make attaching and detaching easier. The pin it comes with tends to bind, and the keeper pin gets lost easily.

I have used this for a few months now and am totally satisfied. The bigger wide wheels make going over rough terrain very easy. Easy enough to put together. Made from strong materials. I purposely loaded about 14 bags of compost and dirt to see if it would break down. Nope. Took it like a champ just nice and easy. Best cart I ever bought.

This is probably as good of a large garden trailer that you will find on the market. It is heavy but the large pneumatic tires make it easy to roll. The hardware is SAE which is surprising since it is made in China. You will need 1/2, 9/16, and 3/4 inch tools to assemble. I gave it 4 stars for a reason. It arrived with 3 or 4 deep ,quarter size dents in the first section floor pan. Like anything new you buy you want it undamaged. I decided to keep it because it is too cumbersome and heavy to try to return it. They could solve the problem of wrapping the trailer arm pieces in bubble wrap (2 long pieces) and not just a thin plastic bag. Also they mentioned you could purchase a chain saw carrier but it is no where to be found on their website. Anyway ,I like the size and the capacity rating. I plan to put it to work in the next few days to clean up some storm damage. I will update if anything changes.

When product was delivered to the house, the box arrived with a damaged corner. At first, all contents seemed to be well packaged and safe from any damage. After assembling the trailer, rear tailgate would not slide into the channels. One corner of the trailer had a channel dented inward. It also had the tube frame dented in the same corner. I could not get the rear side rail to drop into it. I had to hammer out the dented channel and bent tube to get the assembly process completed. The utility trailer was purchased to move red oak log rounds on the property after bucking. It has not been used for that yet. However, it has hauled tree branches and hedge trimmings to a fire pit a few times already. The foot release dump latch is solid on mine. Unlike the cheap Harbor Freight option I have used for over 10 years, this unit does not dump the contents when the trailer is mobile. It is noisy with side rails and rear tailgater mounted when pulling behind mower. The Harbor Freight was just as noisy with only a tailgate to remove. It is sturdy and decent looking. The tongue is solid, and the tailgate is easy to remove from the rear channels. I knocked off a star for having to repair the damage to the trailer frame during the assembly process.
