  • Solid cart, easy to assemble
Size: 1500lb HD Trailer
The order arrived earlier than estimated. 2 Boxes - the tire box is OK while the other box is HEAVY!. It looks like it got a little dinger during shipping, but nothing noticeable after we put the wagon to use. Instructions were clear - big illustrations. The small parts were in a vacuum-pack board and labeled. It took about an hour to assemble with a pair of pliers and a socket set (4 different nut sizes). I broke down the big box and used that as a workstation, because I started on the porch, and didn't want to scuff the decking. I quickly moved to the driveway, though and used the box there, too. The paint coating is good; no scuffs or anything after banging the wrench against it a few times. The trailer dump release pedal is sturdy and works fine. The wheels are big and rugged. I'm happy with the final product! ... show more

  • IT'S A KIT FOLKS
Size: 1500 Poly Tub
Just like kit cars & kit houses the end product is a result of care taken during assembly :-) Pictures show what ya get. Good quality hardware. Latch/Release: I found the upgraded latch to work great. Very positive engagement and smooth release. Side Rails: The drill bumps for side rail mounting are very close. I used a silver marker to verify position before drilling and also assembled rails one at a time. Drill the center hole first. Bolt it down so it doesn't move (much) and use the other two holes as drill guides for accurate hole placement. Use caution and go slow as the bit can grab the rail. A variable speed drill motor works best. Note: In retrospect, I wish I had attached the side rails to the tub before attaching the tub to the frame. This would mean drilling all mounting holes first. (Your Mileage May Vary) The Tub: As others have said, the tub to frame mounting locations are not very accurate - see off-set in picture - but, put the frame on the tub where you want it, mark the drill points using the frame holes as a guide and drill. I used a center punch to clearly mark drill points. Then successively larger drill bits to drill the holes. I found starting with a small bit initially kept a large bit from walking on me. Use: This is a very sturdy cart. I have hauled fire wood, yard debris and fill dirt. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Value: Tub drill points aside, the quality of components in this kit warrant the cost involved. Suggested Addition: While not required, I found mounting a ball-hitch makes attach/detach much easier. It also allows more articulation (less binding between trailer & vehicle), of trailer over uneven terrain. ... show more

  • Husband is delighted.
Size: 1500lb HD Trailer
I ordered this to haul garden tools around and not have to keep goin back to the barn For. Every. Little. Thing. First I think I need a rake. Then it's actually a shovel. Then a bag for trimmings. And a seat. And another bag. Pruners. I can load it all up at once. . Husband says it's well made and the assembly instructions are actually useful! I'm getting pretty good at finding good tools. ... show more

  • Awesome trailer but..
Size: 1500 Poly Tub
This trailer is built tuff, very heavy and sturdy. That said the assembly had some issues. First I bought the coupler that’s for this trailer to run the ball, to put the coupler on you have to cut off the existing lawnmower mount, once that’s off you’ll need to drill into the 1/4” square stock with a half inch drill bit. It is doable but I wasn't expecting that with paying for the coupler for this trailer.. second was the plastic tub on the trailer has prick holes for drilling to mount the metal mesh but the holes were all off with the holes on the mesh so I had to drill all my own holes in the plastic. Again doable just a pain when the manufacturer should have done it right in the first place. Third the wheels are yellow and not brown. Annoying but the trailer is bad to the bone once you deal with all the BS. ... show more

  • Sturdy and easy to assemble
Size: 1500lb HD Trailer
People that said lousy directions probably shouldn’t even use something like this as they don’t have a clue. For a change, wonderful pictorial, directions with minimal words that just listed the parts needed for that step, and all the parts were clearly labeled in a cell of wrapped board. Other than one little step where all it took was some common sense and paying attention to the picture where if you did it wrong, it would’ve caused you some grief and had to undo it and redo that one section. Everything snapped together just really easily with bolts, as it was supposed to. It is heavy duty. It can be done with one person. I did it myself in less than an hour. The only item I don’t like is that the receiver hitch does not fit onto a standard 2 inch receiver hitch that would go onto like a ATV or a Truck, it needs some sort of modification which I will figure out. But if that’s all it is, I’m very happy so far. I will repost in several months after I’ve put this beast to the test, but I have no doubts about that. It will meet all my expectations and needs. ... show more

  • Love it except for damage
Size: 1500 Poly Tub
I am very impressed with the trailer and the well built design and quality. There is one problem. It’s obvious that the item while in the carton was dropped in such a way that one of the wheel axles poked a hole through the poly tub body which obviously compromised the integrity of the tub. I have provided photos to show the evidence. The carton itself showed no major damage on the outside. I would appreciate if this could be corrected with a replacement tub. Again I am very glad I bought this trailer and look forward to using it for a long time. Thank you ... show more

  • What A Mess!
Size: 1500 Poly Tub
The product is pretty easy to assemble. It looks and feels pretty solid but... The box it came in was torn all over and taped back together. Every painted service has minor scratches and the tub is scuffed up. The nuts and bolts packaging was already opened (dare I say it was ripped apart) and were all over the box. When I counted all the parts I found one bolt was missing which is a major disappointment! Over all I like the product but I'm shocked that anyone would sell a product as new and send a product with the packaging in such poor condition and loose parts scattered all over. If it had come the way one would expect a new product to I would have given it a better rating. ... show more
