Excellent phone, works perfectly and came with instructions to swap providers in settings. My one mild annoyance is that it says At&T on startup, which I am certain is out of their control. Other than that phone is completely unlocked and behaves like a regular phone for my carrier.

This is a refurbished phone, but you could not tell by looking at it. It is a beautiful phone. I highly recommend it. And the price was very affordable. I had to return the first Stylus I bought because it was still connected to a mobile phone account. I had to return it and get another one. Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Purchased this phone as "Renewed". As I try to set it up and migrate my info from my older phone, an app called Sennco DPC comes up saying that I do not have permission to add my account. After a Full Factory Reset I was able to migrate the info over only to have the same app pop up again after the 2 hour data transfer again saying that I don't have permission and the app itself did a factory reset deleting all of the info I waited 2 hours to transfer. The phone will be back at UPS for return before the end of the day. ... show more

Excellent phone. Having Motorola phones for the last 8 years, this Samsung S22 is really great. Super easy to setup and 256 GB of storage - what's not to like? I've heard a lot of complaints about the battery - but I've not had any problems so far. I really like this phone!
