Truth be known I almost cancelled this order several times. I was disappointed that it wasn't coming til the 25th. I was scared that it wouldn't work with my service and figured I would get something that looked like it was from a warzone. Excellent phone, works perfectly and came with instructions to swap providers in settings. My one mild annoyance is that it says At&T on startup, which I am certain is out of their control. Other than that phone is completely unlocked and behaves like a regular phone for my carrier.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Purchased this phone as "Renewed". As I try to set it up and migrate my info from my older phone, an app called Sennco DPC comes up saying that I do not have permission to add my account. After a Full Factory Reset I was able to migrate the info over only to have the same app pop up again after the 2 hour data transfer again saying that I don't have permission and the app itself did a factory reset deleting all of the info I waited 2 hours to transfer. This is a refurbished phone, but you could not tell by looking at it. It is a beautiful phone. I highly recommend it. And the price was very affordable. I had to return the first Stylus I bought because it was still connected to a mobile phone account. I had to return it and get another one.     • Has odd quirks...
I was in need of a newer phone, i had a Samsung Note 10 that was only 4G, it works fine but the battery is dying quickly. I had gotten a Motorola moto g stylus for my kid and they seemed to like it but I am noticing alot of odd quirks that i am not a fan of, im not sure if it's just all motorolas in general or what, but I cannot watch a full episode of anything on a streaming app without the full screen minimizing down on me-its constant and on EVERY STREAMING APP (Netflix, youtube, prime, hulu, etc). the texting app that comes with it has a lag to it, and the pop up keyboard has a serious lag that can become incredibly frustrating. I was also under the impression that the phone itself came with 128GB of storage but its actually an SD card that comes with-my previous phone was only 64G and i was nowhere close to maxing it out but somehow just from transferring my data/files im already hitting the limit. the camera is not as high quality as my old samsung, and i was also disappointed to see that the phone does not have any form of a media player for mp3s or downloads (I had to download one from the play store and its so bogged down with ads it almost makes it not worth it). i will say the fingerprint reader works great, better than my old phone. Battery life is also terrific and long-lasting. if you are any form of gamer, or avidly watch videos on your phone, i cant say that i would recommend this one, if you need it for basic calls, texts and social media this may be a good fit for you. ... show more
