    • Constant nag screen pushing out unwanted Android 14 update

I really liked this phone at first. Came with Android 13 and then 14 came out. I never grab the new version right away. I wait for the list of bugs that are soon to be announced and then for over a year the Android 14 nag screen to update kept popping up. Once I counted over 50 times in one day. Got to where I couldn't even record video because the nag screen would interrupt. No people will say "Just update it then". NO....I will not update it. I see "features" and bugs that I don't care to have. I won't list them. Just know I have my reasons. Well I eventually blocked it using BuzzKill but even it wasn't always blocking. Today my phone was very slow. Cam app kept crashing so I rebooted. Well, seems that BuzzKill ends up disabled on reboot and now I can't get it to work again. I don't have time for this. I have a busy life. I about ready to give up and buy a Pixel and install Lineage or Graphene OS on it. I started to give this 2 stars but I think I'll give it a single star. You might say that it's a google problem. No. It's a motorola system update message. Motorola is doing this. And like before I can't even use my phone because every few minutes it pops up again and I feel rage. I routing texting through my computer and doing everything I possibly can on the computer and only using the phone to make calls. What's the point in a smart phone if I'm only doing something that a dumb flip could do? If all I can use it for is phone calls what's the point. This is the last motorola I'll owe. Gonna have junk this phone and buy something else. ... show more
