So I originally gave the Moto 5G stylus 2021 4 stars in the review do to the Moto notes losing notes, I'm still not sure if I did or not, however the Android 12 update is available for 2024 in the systems update, these do help Motorola phone stability Seems I remember the problem with Motorola devices. I retired my Keocyera device for this model and paired the Motorola 5g stylus to a KOSPET TANK T2. So the watch can be tough and I can protect the main device from weather and harm, the Motorola 5g stylus main feature is the Moto notes for me and it's battery life feature this is a hallmark of Motorola phones, I have a obsolete device and the old girl still holds a charge. And would still work over Wifi. The modern functions I have plus the network advantage of 5g are the fingerprint biometric and face recognition features. These are very nice, the bloat ware you stop in Google play by turning off the auto update then never allow the package updates on the device. Disable apps you don't like if they are not admin. Moto apps seem mostly useful on the device. Over all most of the UI is friendly. Amazon Alexa I downloaded and use as my default assistant, as my watch triggers the assistant the best. Google no longer allows you to use a simple trigger unless you bind to they're devices or smartwatch company they are involved with. The 2021 Motorola is really attractive and seems all is in it's right place for the business end of the phone. People can tell how clear I sound, the Bluetooth is super stable with devices and doesn't cut out. I can't describe all the improvement by going back to a Motorola device the original reason was before smart watches that could be run over I needed the phone for that durability military water proof purpose due to my line of work. It's good to be back! Thank you Motorola... I'm so thankful to God the seller had these new old stock devices supported by Android 12 updates and 5g network. ... show more

I'm so happy when I decided to purchase my Motorola phone ... It's doing an amazing job long lasting battery easy to use n very stylish. It does so much n takes pictures perfectly clear it's as if it's nearly real. Very cost effective 😁 n does so much I'm never going back to 🍎 LOL .

I've only had Samsung S series phones. However, mine needed replacing and I refuse to spend hundreds on something with such a short shelf life as a cell phone. Repairs, cracked screen and original battery replacement would have been over $500. I don't need a high powered phone. I text talk, read papers, shop and search. This phone does all I need. Not all my apps transferred over, for some reason, so as I go to use them, I simply add them. The differences between the brands are easily learned. I was able to link to my car easily. I've only had the Moto 3 days but am very pleased. I'll try to update after a few months but, so far so good! ... show more

This is my secondary phone but I like it better than my Samsung 24+. The text auto correct is better than any phone I've had. The resolution and camera are better than expected. For this price, it's a fantastic deal.

I want to connect my drawing table to it but it's not compatible. Old fart! But hey it's good, pen work is very useless, when drawing cuz it's not pressure or angle oriented, just tap swipe stuff. I sometimes sound muffled to others in calls. Does it last 2days? I mean yeah... I don't use my phone that much, so that might be something. ... show more

I am not a tech savvy person. I will say that up front. I received this phone and was able to set it up pretty quickly. I find that I am having trouble getting it to use my carrier for internet when I'm not at home to use wifi. This is on me - see the first sentence. I was also not able to transfer the numbers in my contact list. I am going to Office Depot or find a 10 year old to help me. Other than those problems, I like the phone. It's bigger than the moto I had before which is not really a problem. I've only had it for 1 day so if anything comes up I will revisit this review. ... show more

First of all my issues with this phone may not be yours and you could love it. I am just tired of the most basic needs being so over engineered you have to go to YouTube to get lessons. I have had this phone for a while so these are not "first impressions" after unboxing. Pros: (1)The green is gorgeous. Still too dark but really pretty and the finish fantastic; (2) Clarity of calls is great when it doesn't drop you but that could also be the carrier; (3) video phone option is right there as an offer, however, adding people and connecting is a series of steps making it also one of my biggest cons. It moves in the right direction; (3) I think the battery life is good; (4) doesn't overheat like others; (5) good amount of memory; (6) camera quality is good and so is video for the phone; (7) I have not used the stylus much but when I do, I really like it. just the right amount of pressure. some you have really press. not with this. I think it is pretty good. cons: there are less cons than pros but really nerve racking. (1) adding and editing contact is not good. especially the editing or just viewing it once you've added. i do keep emails and multiple phone numbers for some people, can't even get to it. It is a reason why I will never buy this phone again. I have several; You have to scroll thru the list and tap. you can't search on the name and have an option. it just forces you to call. (2) I use the flashlight. It is not just a shake. my goodness you have really give it a heave to turn on and off. (3) getting rid of the notifications. I just turned them off. to scroll up to press clear is a mess. it is as if they want to force you to read them all. the default is on so you may want to adjust setting to turn off and select the ones you want on. (4) like many phones, the screen goes black when you are talking. It is an act of god to get the screen back and hang up. the same if you tap on an app or look up something while talking. to get back to the phone screen is a juggle. should have the phone icon easily assessible to tap and go back into the call app. stop with the shakes, swipes, tilt, swivel overengineering and sometimes just have the option icon availble as well. ... show more
