These are excellent screws. Since these are stainless, they won't rust and will remain looking great over time. Stainless is much tougher so they won't easily strip out like regular screws do. These are high-quality screws. I only use stainless screws for anything kept outdoors and these are great. For me, it's totally worth the higher price for stainless fasteners to not have to deal with rusted frozen fasteners.

I received "110Pcs Machine Screws Assortment kit,Assorted 1/2 to 2 inch Long # 8-32 Machine Screw,304 Stainless Steel Phillips Pan Head Screws Bolts for Electrical Wall Socket,Household Repairs" thinking I would use them on my electrical outlets and switches. I saw the picture they used to advertise these for this purpose. Much to my surprise they do not fit my electrical outlets and switches. After doing a bit of research most outlets here in the United States are 6-32 screws not the 8-32 screws that these are. This was a bit of a disappointment. I guess I should have done some research instead of just looking at their picture and title of this item. I will say the screws seem very solid and well made. I like how they are nicely organized. I'm sure I'll find a use for them eventually.

As a hobbyist and maker, I make frequent use of small machine screws, and this assortment of 8-32 screws makes for a nice addition to my small hardware collection. These stainless steel screws are of good quality and come in a nice case which makes for easy selection of the proper length. At less than 10 cents per screw, they are a good value and I recommend them to any hobbyist, maker or anyone who wants to keep some small screws around for general repairs.

Over the years I have purchased quite a few selections of nuts/bolts/screws from this company, VGBUY. I have never once been disappointed by the selection and quality of their parts. Of the thousands of individual parts, I have never had even one failure which I must attest to their quality control. VGBUY is definitely a company which takes pride in their products. This particular kit is no exception, the screws are a good quality 304 stainless steel so you know that they will never rust. I prefer using stainless steel in most applications that do not require high torque values. Aesthetically they are very pleasing not only because of the shape of the pan heads but also the brightness of their finish. Using a #2 Phillips with these #8-32 screws you can attain a slightly higher torque tightening than with the cheaper #8-24’s. This kit is quite comprehensive and supplies you with some unusually long (for a #8 kit) screws all the way up to 2”. There are 8 different lengths supplied and a total of 110 screws. I highly recommend this kit!

I have bad luck. Every time I start a project, I need only one screw or bolt to finish it. Which, of course, leads to a 1-2 hour adventure at the local hardware store. A long time ago I got tired of this and put together a kit of most of the common screws from size 6 to 14 all arranged by size in a sturdy plastic organizer. Recently I have needed bolts. So to keep from spending hours with my local hardware store staff every weekend, I am putting together a kit of all the common bolts arranged by size in a sturdy plastic organizer. This VGBUY 110Pcs Machine Screws Assortment kit fills in a lot of gaps in my #8-32 size bolts collection. I did spot check a few different bolts and they are the appropriate size. For those not wanting to build a huge bolt kit like I'm doing, these bolts come in a very sturdy plastic organizer of their own. My only complaint is that there is no sizing label on the inside of the organizer.

They are well made, clean and no burrs. The stainless will give you a strong screw and limit rust and discoloration. The box is well made too. The pan heads are correctly formed and the Phillips indentions are spot on. I'd like to see more in the box. Shelf space is always short so more in each box is always better.
