*UPDATE 2/25/23ON RETURN CHAOS* about the seller/ company: When this company received the return, they emailed and asked me if I would accept 50% refund because the phone was damaged with a crack? I responded no. BC no damage to the phone when received nor, when returned. The damage must have happened during shipment or when it was received in the manufacturer facility upon inspection. The entire communication even prior to the refund and return was very difficult. This is a third party company that I do not recommend. These companies are very difficult to communicate with because through Amazon you have no direct communication and it's easy for them to hide behind the screen of Amazon and they try to do some sneaky stuff like this offering you 50% refund. This is not a way to do business, it is a way to loose customers. ABOUT THE PRODUCT: Video quality was trash, pixelated couldn't even get the images, the photo images were 5 years beyond past tents quality nothing about the phone was 2022 upgrade that I was expecting. So I just went back to 2021 Moto G power that I've had for the past 3 years every time I break or damage my phone due to my own mishap I just ordered the same phone Moto G power 2021 this time around I thought I would just upgrade and see what it was like but right back to the same phone I've always had and gotten the best out of and I'm happy moto-powered g2021 😁 As for the model 2022 it might be a new year but it's in the past tense as for quality. ... show more

    • Not Unlocked! Locked to Verizon Network! Junk Accessories!

This item is advertised as being unlocked for all carriers but it's not, it's locked to the Verizon network and Verizon will not unlock it unless you have service with them on the phone for 60 days. The seller cannot be contacted and the phone arrived with a 6-in power cable and a very old Samsung power block which did not support the Motorola turbo charging feature, also there was no SIM card tool so I had to find a paperclip. It's a good phone but since it's not unlocked and came with junk accessories it's useless to me so now I have to return it and wait even longer hoping the replacement will actually be what was advertised but I doubt it. ... show more

Complete disappointment at first because I thought I bought a Verizon phone for ATT. But I followed the instructions it came with and now it works fine. Don't worry if your phone rejects the sim card at first just skip through the rest of the set up, connect to wifi, then restart the phone and presto I have a Verizon phone with ATT sim card ... show more

Not unlocked. Bought ahead of Christmas to ensure that it would arrive in time. Trusted that the phone was actually unlocked so I spent about a month and a half fighting with SIM cards, ordering new "compatible" ones and waiting for shipping, and that was a mini nightmare in its own. Even took the phone into the Verizon store to get help there, but as per usual, Verizon wasn't helpful (which is why we got rid of Verizon years ago). No help from Amazon or the Amazon certified refurbishing company. The whole thing has been a huge nightmare and headache and I'm so beyond frustrated and disappointed. The number of hours, yes hours, that I have spent on trying to get this phone working right is just disgusting. So currently my son has no phone working because service was transferred from his old phone to the new phone, which will not work because it's locked. πŸ˜’πŸ˜©πŸ€¬ ... show more
