I would give this phone 4.5 stars if allowed, but, as I'm not able to, and it isn't fair to round down, I've given it five. In addition, I bought it on sale for $99, and don't use it as my main phone (instead, it's a device to carry when hiking, etc, as well as for some side business stuff), both of which factor into my review. First of all, this phone is very affordable. In addition, the battery life seems to be great so far. Furthermore, unlike other budget devices I've used in the past, such as those from Blu, this doesn't feel slow, outdated, or anything like that. The screen, camera, and everything else are decent, and for the price, they're great. The phone is very, very large, which for some people will be a good thing, and for others a bad thing. Personally, I don't think I could carry this around on a day-to-day basis, as I'm not sure I could fit it in some of my pockets. For my purposes though, it's not a deal-breaker. The only real, objective negatives that I've encountered so far are some software quirks: initially, the time zone defaulted to China, and I had to manually change it, although after a few days I was able to set it back to automatically update without it switching back to China; the alarm does not consistently sound or go off at all; and the UI for Motorola doesn't seem to be as good as Samsung, or even stock Android. Overall, if you're looking for a budget phone, this is a great option, especially if it's on sale. It's not going to be the same quality as a Samsung Series S or Z device, a Google Pixel, etc, but it isn't really meant to directly compete with those. ... show more

For the price, it's a great phone. Been using for three weeks and very happy. It's not the fastest, doesn't have a lot of storage, can't run apps from the sd card. But for the price I can run what doesn't need an app from the browser. Split screen is pretty cool when it works.

Love this phone. It runs very fast and really enjoy having a stylus for the first time. Pros battery lasts a long time, games and streaming run amazingly, it stays connected a lot better to weaker wifi and cell signal than my previous phone, and its easy to switch from app to app. The cons it comes with a lot of installed apps (I did know this from reviews before buying but still), general camera quality is sucky although it does have nice close up, and SD card cannot be formatted as internal. It's a nice phone especially for the price just would have more memory had I know about the SD card. ... show more

This phone fails to deliver on its promises and falls short in terms of performance, design, and functionality. Here's why I strongly advise you to avoid this device: Lackluster Performance: The Moto G Stylus 2023 is painfully slow and sluggish. It struggles to handle even basic tasks like opening apps or browsing the internet. The overall user experience is frustrating, and you'll find yourself waiting for ages just for simple actions to complete. It's as if the phone is stuck in the Stone Age! Inferior Build Quality: The build quality of this phone is subpar at best. It feels cheap and flimsy in hand, lacking the premium touch you'd expect from a modern device.
