I didn't get to use it because it wouldn't recognize my SIM cards, so I couldn't get any service on it, and had to return it. It was apparently locked. It did seem to be a pretty good phone, and I got online with it and played some games on it and downloaded a few aps. But, I never got the chance to find out how it behaved with phone service on it. We are not happy with this phone my hubby got this phone in August 2022 and after a year it started messing up really bad it worked really well with metro pcs but I think AT&T did something to the phone because it was a unlocked phone no wonder this phone was referbished because they knew this would happen and get people for their money I got the same phone but from best buy store I had NO ISSUES!! With my phone and I got mine in 2021 and it still works really good I gave my hubby my motor g play and got a different phone we will never get a refurbished phone again we're going to stick with the best buy phones.. Cellphone was described as (unlocked),..not only was it locked to an AT&T prepaid account, AT&T denied my request to unlock,..it would have taken forever to get it to work. So far I've lost of $$$$$ of lost UBER income by not having a usable cellphone,..but many hours of my time trying to eventually finding out "I'm screwed". I would suggest that anyone "NEVER buy a cellphone from ANY Merchant that's not a Manufacturer" !!!!! ... show more
