I bought this to protect my work computer, which gets replaced every 3-4 years. Usually, it gets pretty beat up. So, I decided I'd cover the new one and get more life out of it. I was pleasantly surprised. The piece is sturdy and..... ok, I'll use the word....cute. I liked the additional legs at the bottom of the unit (a spare pair came with the unit), which slants the keyboard making typing easier. I love the additional keyboard cover. It fit perfectly over the keyboard and feels really good under my fingers as I type. I know that sounds weird but so true. ... show more

Overall, it's a good product. Mine cracked from taking it on and off for routine cleaning. Recommend cleaning it somewhat frequently to remove any dust, crumbs, or anything. I liked the two little things on the bottom that helped it stand at an angle. I just don't love the idea of a case. Seems to do more harm than good (speaking from someone who was told this on several occasions and did my own research after a while). The annoying thing for my computer is that the top was so heavy that my computer would try to close. Not great for the hinges I imagine. This one is way better quality and protective than the other ones though. ... show more

I have been through approximately 4 cases before this one here. All of them before have cracked, broken, or caused my laptop to overheat so I end up removing the bottom anyway. This case is sturdy, durable, and cute! I will say, it took me a while to figure out how to put the case onto my laptop. But, after 5 minutes and actually looking at the directions ... we figured it out! I love the feature on the bottom where you can stand your laptop up. As a student, when typing for a while or even doing homework on a fabric surface, your laptop or hands get tired. This is a great solution. Very aesthetically pleasing and extremely durable. Canโ€™t tell you how many times Iโ€™ve accidentally dropped my computer and been relieved I had this on it. I have yet to even get a scratch on my case! The kickstands on the bottom are actually useful and sturdy as well. Good case overall. However the fit is very snug to the point one corner doesn't fit all the way but otherwise I overall enjoy it. It has save my pc from small falls, but any weight even very light it doesn't protect from that. Its worth the price it cost, so keep that in mind.
