We researched for quite some time because we are in an RV and we were concerned about size shape and weight. Every expectation was met. We received this item much earlier than the shipping predicted. The product is good quality fabric. The sewing and workmanship are also a higher standard and I feel worth the money. It is very easy to put together (but my husband was the one who facilitated that) and the remote and power recliner is outstanding. It works quickly with no delay and is comfortable and varying levels of reclining.

Happy with our love seat recliner sofa. Delivery was in three separate boxes, however I did not have to question it because the seller reached out and explained that it would be coming that way and gave us all of the tracking numbers in advance. Boxes all came earlier than expected delivery date! Assembly was fairly easy. Size was perfect. I had been looking for specific dimensions as we live in a fifth wheel RV so it needed to be not more than 60". It fits perfectly in the area. The material is soft. Couch is comfortable. The only thing that I question is the center removable armrest because my husband leans on it heavier than I do so it tends to be tilted in his direction! I like all the extra little storage areas, the two in the outer armrests and the two side pockets. The ease of the remote is great and the recliners fully recline as a wall hugger so we did not need to keep it away from the wall! Very happy with this purchase!

The dark grey is not as pictured. It’s more like a blue/grey color. More so blue than grey (hence the removal of a star). However, it is very comfortable, gives great back and neck support and feels solid. We are taller than average so this recliner is very suitable to our longer legs. The chair itself is made of good quality, soft fabric and the cushion seems firm enough to possibly last a while. It was very easy to put together even though there were no instructions to be found (caveat: the seller sent them the very next day) So I won’t go through the hassle of returning this piece. But just be aware, if you’re looking for a true grey, I would stick to the lighter grey rather than take a chance on the darker one.

The recline function works well, and the size is good for the small space I was looking to fill. The middle divider feels like a wasted function, and requires an additional outlet for the charger to work. The chargers in the remotes, while nice that there are both types, don't stay connected and are slow to charge when it does. Side pockets are helpful. Paid $719, and I feel like it would be more appropriately priced in the $500 range. Unfortunately, part of the review must address the delivery and customer service, which were awful. FedEx lost one of the first boxes. Seller ordered an immediate replacement but sent the wrong one, so I had two of the same box, but no complete loveseat. I had ordered due to the positive reviews and the fact it would arrive before Thanksgiving, when company was expected and additional seating needed. I was without the furniture until the Tuesday after the holiday. Seller was then also unwilling to mail me a return label, insisting that FedEx would pick up a 75# package without a label - they will NOT. Seller finally offered me a $10 discount to have someone take me to a local FedEx store so they could print the label. Are you even kidding me? Purchase this at your own risk. The seller, while responsive, refused to take any responsibility for their error and weren't helpful in their responses. Now I get to find someone to haul this 75# box to the dump. More than 3 weeks dealing with this huge mess, absolutely cannot recommend.

Great loveseat and extremely comfortable. It looks great and we love how far back these go. I give one ding and that is the outside arm rest/storage is opened and closed by a zipper. The zipper is weak and on one side the zipper broke at the first try. Poor designed arm rests. The second ding is on FedEX. Delivery came late and only delivered one box at a time. It took three weeks to get all three.
