Loved the different tools and accessories provided down to four rolls of coated wire of varying thickness, clippers that work, along with everything else depicted, all of which seem to work very well and be of decent quality. I've had inexpensive bonsai scissors and a tiny shovel for years that haven't rusted as a result of using quality materials, and time will tell if these tools last. If not, I will certainly add a follow-up review detailing which tools rusted within the first month of use. In the meantime, I look forward to starting some new zone 10 part shade bonsai plants with these tools. Update: I've encountered no problems with any of the tools and accessories provided. Nothing broke and the little spade I shoved into the soil of a plant I'm working on hasn't begun to rust & doesn't appear as if it will (unlike the $26 clippers purchased from some overpriced online nursery that rusted upon exposure to damp soil, ostensibly because they weren't cleaned, dried & oiled immediately following each use. "It's your fault, not that of our cheaply made, low-quality, fast-to-rust shears.") Who needs that if you're an avid gardener? My opinion stands. I love this kit & how everything is organized. Even the wire unravels easily (unlike typical rolls that invariably become tangled up & unusable). The thicker wire actually came in handy for attaching a canary nest to several cages - the nests had no "built-in" wire attachments like finch nests, but those always require extra securing anyway if you want to be certain they won't become dislodged. (The handmade canary nest of red willow bark interwoven [literally stuffed] with tiny dried ferns is one that Amazon should begin carrying because my canaries love them and, unlike the case with many other types of nests [canary & finch], their tiny claws don't become trapped in the weaving of these.) So this bonsai kit is quite versatile and a pleasure to work with so far. ... show more

I really like the set. At first I thought I would not need some of the pieces but after receiving it and using it to repot small cactus and succulents, I found all the prices useful and necessary. The bag is really nice and very useful. I highly recommend it. If you love succulents and creating beautiful arrangement in pots with succulents or cactus, you will love this kit.
