Great reference book
This is actually the second copy of this book that me and my husband have owned. We gave the first one away because a friend really wanted it! Its a nice book to have a reference for any loan. Quick and easy to use!

Wish for a new edition that has rates under 5%
I have this book Barron's Financial Tables Mortgage Payments, Third Edition I purchased decades ago. There is a table for each quarter percent rate for rates 5% through 21.75% for 1yr to 40 year mortgages. Today for many years mortgages are near or under 5%. I wish there was a newer edition that that includes tables for rates under 5%. The book is a nice 7 inch by 4 inch size that can easily be stored in any desk for quick reference. Update September 2020: I purchased the Mortgage Loan Monthly Amortization Payments Tables by Meritz Press. It has rates 1.00 percent to 20.50 percent. The size of this book is 5 inch by 8 inch.

Worthless
The publication advertised it was the latest updated version, but it is worthless. Mortgage interest rates are lower than the 5% this publication starts out at.
