This ribbon is beautiful but it sheds a LOT of glitter. Other brands I've purchased in the past were sealed somehow so glitter doesn't fall off everywhere. I make little girls tutus with ribbon trim and i was really excited to do a red/gold double ribbon trim for Christmas but I can't in good faith use this and expect it to be completely safe for children. Babies put everything in their mouths so I'm not confident enough that this would be safe to use on my products. Glitter could also end up in a child's eyes and that could cause damage to their cornea. It is really beautiful though so maybe i can find another use for it.
