This was my first smartwatch and it did not disappoint. I bought it to check my blood pressure and sleep. It is so light and comfortable. I forgot I had it on when I was in the shower. That's unusual because most of the time I am very aware of my jewelry. Came with another band that I have not switched to yet. Very satisfied.

Even for someone who does not consider themselves to be very familiar with technology, the user interface is simple and straightforward to comprehend. As soon as I began exploring its functions, I became aware of how thorough it is. It is able to measure my steps, heart rate, sleep, exercises, and other activities without missing a beat during the process. One of my favorite features is the step counter, which has proved to be really useful. I had no idea that seeing my daily progress reflected in such a clear manner would be so helpful in terms of motivation. As I see the number of steps I take during the day rise, it has inspired me to walk more, to use the stairs rather than the elevator, and to move about more often in general. In addition, I like the subtle reminders that I should get up and stretch if I have been sitting for an excessive amount of time. These are the kinds of tiny nudges that make a significant difference in keeping me active throughout lengthy work hours. The measurements look to be accurate and regular, and I like the fact that I can check at the display any time throughout my exercises to monitor how my heart rate reacts to the activity. It assists me in determining if I am exerting too much effort or whether I should exert more effort. After putting it through its paces in a variety of workouts, including fast walking, cycling, light running, and yoga, I found that it correctly regulates itself to each of these activities. It has over 120 different sport modes, which means that it covers a far wider range of activities than I will ever utilize. This makes it adaptable for anybody who has a variety of interests in terms of fitness.
