Really happy with this watch so far. It looks nice on the wrist, feels lightweight and comfortable, and the screen is bright and easy to read. I mainly got it to track steps, heart rate, sleep, and daily activity, and it’s been working really well. I bought this smartwatch recently and I’m honestly very happy with it. For the price, it works surprisingly well. It was easy to connect to my phone and the setup only took a few minutes. The screen is bright and clear, and the watch looks really nice on the wrist. I like that it tracks steps, heart rate, sleep, and even blood oxygen. The battery life is also good and lasts longer than I expected. It’s comfortable to wear all day and feels lightweight. Really great watch, I've had it about a week now. Two things I don't like. First, it counts my total steps, but when it resets to the next day, I lose about 100 steps from the previous day. Second, it doesn't accurately track sleep. Every night it doesn't start tracking my sleep until midnight. It could possibly be a setting I don't have set right but if that is the case I have yet to find it. For the price and battery life, I will take those 2 things!

I wanted a new smart watch because the one I've had for 2 years was starting to not charge properly. I found this one with a coupon and decided to get it, mostly because it has a flat button on the side instead of one that sticks out. First the good: it's a good size. I have small wrists, and this one doesn't look huge and ridiculous on me. Next, I like that it has music controls because I'm not always next to my phone when I'm playing music and I like that I can change the song or the volume right from my wrist. I also like that, with the app, I can select what apps will send notifications from my phone to my watch. The app for my last watch was very limited, there were only a handful of apps that were available to send notifications from, but this one quite literally lists every app that is installed on my phone. The sleep tracking seems pretty on-point too, and unlike my previous watch, it will track naps. My last one would only track sleep times of 3 hours or more, so that was a very nice thing to discover. Things I didn't test: I don't use smart watches for calls, so I can't comment on that feature. Heck, I barely even use my phone for calls lol! I also don't workout, so I didn't use it to track fitness aside from just counting my steps. The reason I'm returning it: I don't know if this is a limitation of the watch itself or the app, but I think it's the watch. If I don't sync the watch with the app every day, it loses the data from the days that I haven't synced it. What good is a tracker that doesn't track? I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated the first time I went to check to see how many steps and the distance I'd walked the day before and the information just didn't exist. I went on a long walk with a friend after working an 8-hour shift, and it showed 0 steps for the day. Also, if you sync the FitCloudPro app (the app this watch uses) with Google Fit, the sleep data that is sent is WAY off. In Google Fit, it was showing that I sleep an average of 14 hours per night...in what world?! So I don't know what data the app was sending to Google Fit, but it was not accurate. Just in case that's something that is important to you. (The sleep tracking is correct in the app for the watch, it just doesn't transfer correctly to Fit. Everything else syncs with Fit fine though.)

It's a nice enough watch, but the heart rate monitor and blood pressure readings are way off. There is a disclaimer on the back of the box, that clearly states that it's not intended for use by medical professionals... so there's that... I was hoping for a decent fitness tracker, but I can't really trust the data it's collecting. Connecting the watch bands was a struggle and the pins broke on the fabric bands, so I can see why they ship this with a replacement set of bands in the box. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a fitness tracker. Plenty of other better options for a little more money.
