This is a large unit and a good value for the cost. I just received this item, the box was crushed in but the unit appears to be undamaged. I have read reviews on similar items from the same manufactures and most of the complaints had to do with the units size, specifically depth, being smaller than listed; I do have to say this is true to some extent but the unit is still much larger than others in its price range. The unit performed well cleaning a few items, my only complaint is the heater seems undersized for the size of the tank, taking over 2 hours to heat the water from 18C to 50C. The actual internal measurement to the fill line are 19.5" x 11.5" x 5" this calculates out to a liquid volume of 4.85 gallons or 18.37 Liters. ... show more

This unit was defective when it arrived. Found a fuse that had blown, so would not heat. Plug-in connection on back was faulty and had to re-wire. Then found one of the boards had two bad solder connections. Ultimately I was reimbursed, but the unit had many issues. Customer service was slow. The unit now works, but it does not heat very fast. I would not recommend this unit at all. Did I mention the first problem was it was shipped to a different state? Not to impressed. ... show more

I don’t normally write many reviews but I thought I’d write one here to help possibly ease a few minds. I was nervous buying this since it didn’t have many reviews and I wasn’t too sure I’d get what was advertised, but it was also $100-200 cheaper than what appears to be the same Mindel from other sellers so I took a chance. The model that arrived is different than what’s pictured but has all the same functions and seems to be identical in specifications. Plugged it in. It heats up and runs like it should. The timer maxes out at 30 mins though and depending on where you look, it says 99 (not a big deal to me). Just thought I’d share my experience for anyone else that’s on the fence. The machine is quite straight forward. Controls are intuitive and easy to use. I did the aluminum foil test as soon as I had it unpacked and plugged in. The entire area appears to be quite evenly subject to the ultrasonic waves. The aluminum showed a quite even distribution of pits and holes. The drain tap makes it easy and clean to empty when used next to the sink, with no messy spills. The brand name doesn’t appear to be printed anywhere on the machine, which is strange, but it does a nice job of cleaning. Worth the money. ... show more

For the money, this little gadget is great. It won't hold a lot being a small tank, but anything that will fit comes out absolutely as clean as can be. Jewelry comes out looking new, as does ammo brass and any gun parts. Haven't had it long enough to know how it lends up in the long run, but I'll be sure to update when I do. ... show more
