I bought this because my jewelry had reached the “don’t look too close” stage. I’d tried the usual polishing cloths and tiny brushes, but nothing got into the little crevices of my rings or actually made my glasses feel clean-clean. This little machine changed that. The first time I used it, I swear my earrings came out looking shinier and slightly disappointed in me for letting them get that gross. Setup is simple: pour in water (sometimes I add a drop of dish soap), drop your items in the basket or watch holder, choose your cycle, and hit the touch button. The digital timer is clear and easy to use, and I appreciate the multiple time settings. Most things only need a quick 180 seconds, but I ran a particularly sad old necklace through a longer cycle, and it came out sparkling. It’s not loud, but you can hear the ultrasonic buzz when it’s running, kind of like a tiny hive of angry bees doing a deep clean. The transparent lid lets you watch everything happen, which is weirdly satisfying and mildly horrifying the first time you see the cloud of mystery gunk lift off your favorite bracelet. The size is great—it doesn’t take over the counter, and the stainless steel tank is super easy to rinse out afterward. I also like that it doesn’t overheat, thanks to the built-in cooling fan (which I didn’t know I needed, but now I definitely do). It’s turned into a weekly ritual: glasses, rings, retainers, coins I forgot I had—they all get the spa treatment now.

I’ve been using this all weekend since it arrived and I’m seriously impressed. I’ve cleaned my rings, earrings, glasses, and even a watch band...and everything comes out looking brand new. This size is perfect for home use, and the digital timer makes it super easy to set and forget. I also really appreciate the little watch holder because it keeps delicate pieces in place. I’ve been using this ultrasonic cleaner for a few days and it works incredibly well. It has strong yet gentle cleaning power—my glasses and jewelry come out looking brand new without any damage. The transparent lid is a nice touch since I can actually see the dirt lift off during the cycle. It works well for what it does, used it on glasses and jewelry. Mainly used distilled water and a jewelry cleaner with it and they come out looking great. One con i had with it was it's buttons. On mine the plastic on top of the buttons isn't sealed well and after the first use I may have accidently spilled water on it and it seeped in not allowing me to press the buttons I had to dry it out before I could use it again. I now know how to deal with it if it happens again.

Works really well. In the case of one of my rings, maybe too well lol I have a small, affordable ring given to me by my daughter for mother's day when she was young. That ring lost some stones. I unfortunately didn't realize, and when I'd dumped the water I lost one of them. My halo and pave band engagement ring, solitaire studs, jeweled watch band, and necklaces were all fine, so you probably will be, too. But I highly recommend checking your jewelry for missing stones before you dump the water, just to be safe!

It works, but it is a light duty ultrasonic cleaner. I have a commercial grade cleaner (larger capacity, heated) that I use for saw blades and router bits. I wanted a small cleaner for small jobs, so I would not have to deal with firing up the big cleaner with its larger liquid requirements. This little cleaner did not do the job on some tough router bits. I put the bits in my commercial cleaner with a 1:10 Simple green solution at 140 degrees F and 30 minute cycle. It cleaned them satisfactorily. I will return the little cleaner. I would gladly pay for a small commercial grade cleaner but I do no think anybody makes one.

Doesn't take up too much room on your table/desk, and does a good job at cleaning my jewelry and glasses without much effort. I appreciate that you don't need any toxic chemicals and can just use water or can use organic cleaners for a deeper clean if desired. It's pretty fast and super convenient.
