Review Image by Alexander Jimenez
These Bluetooth headphones are excellent for remote work and professional calls. The AI noise-canceling microphone works surprisingly well, reducing background sounds and making conversations much clearer during Zoom, Skype, and Teams meetings. The setup is quick and simple, especially with the included USB dongle that provides a stable connection without audio delays. Bluetooth pairing is smooth, and the wireless range gives plenty of freedom to move around the office or home. Comfort is another big advantage. The headset feels lightweight and can easily be worn for long hours without discomfort. Battery life is also impressive — enough to handle a full workday of calls and meetings. Sound quality is clear for both voice calls and music, and the controls are easy to use during conferences. Overall, this is a reliable and practical headset for office professionals, customer service agents, remote workers, and anyone needing dependable wireless communication at a great value for the price. ... show more

    • Good wireless headset

The headset meets almost everything in its product description. It's easy to connect to a PC; thanks to the USB dongle, the connection on Windows is instant. It is quite lightweight and comfortable for continuous 4-5 hour sessions. Good call sound quality, but it lacks the ANC mentioned in its description, or it might just not work very well in noisy environments (given the price, I'm leaning toward the first option). Good battery life during calls—around 23 hours with a 2-hour charge. As for playing music, it’s not the most comfortable since it’s a single earphone, but the battery life lasts around an estimated 40 hours. The Bluetooth is average—neither amazing nor bad—with a range of 4-5 meters without any issues. Good device for the price. If you buy it with a coupon or catch it on a flash sale, it’s an excellent purchase. ... show more

    • Great WFH Headset
This headset was exactly what I needed for work. My company supplied a bulky wired gaming headset. Needless to say, I started looking for a replacement. This headset is prefect. Completely wireless, connects to my desktop via Bluetooth dongle. It is very lightweight, which is prefect since I wear it for 10 hours day. (I forget to take it off after my meetings lol). Clear sound and the noise cancellation is great. I’ve had zero complaints about background noise or interference. I like the dedicated mute button for when I’m not on a call. You never know who is listening. I did have an issue with the mute button intermittently not working or receiving the verbal message saying “mute on, mute off”. I reached out to the seller and customer service was very responsive and truly outstanding! ... show more

    • You can hear all background noise!!!
Review Image by Adrianna hale
Not a fan of these. Tried using for work but customer kept hearing a lot of background noise so the noise cancellation doesn’t apply. Headset is definitely light weight but my main issue was the background noise and my customers couldn’t not hear me.

    • Cancels noise but is not comfortable
Headset sound is clear, it cancels out a lot of background noise, easy to set up; however, it is very uncomfortable and hurts my ear. I have to switch sides multiple times a day because it is heavy and hard on my ear. The advertisement states that it’s comfortable and that is why I am leaving such a low review. ... show more

    • Not worth the money
Honest review. I bought these because I was hoping the good reviews were legit vs the ones saying they weren’t all that great. However the audio quality is honestly pretty horrible. I don’t even take calls I’m just in meetings all day but everyone sounded so muffled to me. However my audio on their end was perfectly fine. It states that it’s noise cancelling however that’s was far from true. I left the headset charging over the weekend so they were fully charged. By 10:30 am I was logged on and by 2:40 I got a notification that the battery was low and then a few mins later shut off while I was literally mid sentence in a conversation. Overall this is just my honest opinion on the product. I will be returning these and on to the next one until I find the perfect pair I guess. ... show more

    • 5 stars! Remote CSR rep and love it
Review Image by Anna
I am a remote customer service representative and I got this so that I didn't have to be wired in while working. So that I can get up in between calls. Especially during long waits and still be able to hear when somebody calls. I love that there's a docking station that I can just set it on after work to make sure it's charged every night for the next morning. It works great so far! I have no complaints. I love that the mute button is right. By the mouthpiece, it's really easy to remember to click that, and it has a pretty long-range! Its portable, durable and much more comfortable than my company issued set. My biggest concern with the one that came with my equipment, other than it being attached to a cord, is that I have a lot of piercings in my ears and that headset would smash my earrings into the back of my head and started to hurt really bad! This headset does not do that at all. ... show more
