It took lot of time for installing it, but we love this Chandelier, very detailed packaging with utmost care. No missing parts, we got extra/additional crystal balls and rods. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to share my experience this time. Nice addition to the home for Diwali !!!

This a beautiful chandelier and we really enjoyed it for the 12 hours it was hanging. This morning it came crashing down!!!! We are very lucky no one was hurt. This would have killed anyone underneath. My husband is a general contractor and builds houses for a living. This chandelier was installed on a truss on one side of the square frame, and secured with anchor clips on the other. It should not have fallen. We think the anchor pieces that came with the chandelier were not strong enough to hold up such a heavy chandelier. Also the screws that came with the chandelier were too short. My husband used longer screws but did not use bigger anchor pieces. We contacted the seller and they have apologized and refunded us. We’re going to order another one because it was so beautiful. We know how to secure it better by buying upgraded hardware. Also, it is imperative that you use led bulbs. We didn’t, and when the chandelier fell the metal frame burned my husband’s hand when he tried to pick it up. If the chandelier had not fallen it would most likely have burned our house down.

Looks great when put up. Very happy with the purchase. The instructions are straight forward and easy to assemble but VERY TIME CONSUMING. The bad : the supports and instructions for supporting the light are horrible. 8 wall anchors to hold the brace up is not even close to enough support. The instructions say to contact an electrician as "additional support may be needed."

The media could not be loaded. Value for money. The Chandelier is hard to mount and hard to put together.. but it looks So good and beautiful Once all the work is done.. even do is missing about 32 # 1 strands to hang the Crystals .. The whole package came with no damage thank Goodness.. but missing some strands to hang the Crystals on roll # 1.. Hopefully the seller will send the missing strands so we can finish to install the last crystals remaining.. will send an email to seller..I uploaded some pics , sorry it is not 100% complete yet do to the missing parts, on the top roll, but it still looks beautiful we all love it.. once i get the missing strands from the sellers (hopefully), and i put it all together, i would up loads more pics with the finished product..

Beyond beautiful. This is a show stopper! Money well spent. I would have given 5 stars but it didn’t have enough string to hang all the crystals. I hired an electrician to install. It took 2 days and 3 people. Even though it’s missing 5 strings the electrician made it look symmetrical. I called Amazon for help with the missing string and their only option was to replace it. Not to happy about that because it’s already installed. I’ve emailed the manufacturer but haven’t heard back yet.

The chandelier is absolutely beautiful! Did hire an electrician for installation….it came in many pieces but unsure the difficulty of assembly.

I ordered two different chandeliers from this manufacturer. Both came out amazingly beautiful; see the attached pics! The manufacturer worked with me in designing it with dimensions that were suited for my space. They sent me detailed drawings to make sure I was going to get a product I liked. They delivered ahead of time and it was packaged really well. Every one who walks in my front door, their eyes automatically go up to the chandelier and they're just amazed by it. Very happy with it and highly recommend the product and the manufacturer.
