This pair of Moonsmile Tennis Elbow Braces were a lifesaver after I brought on a major pain in my right arm just below my elbow by lifting and carrying a 2" thick Acacia Butcherblock Countertop that was eight feet long. Way more weight at my age than I should have been working with but at the time I had no one to help me carry it from my workshop to my truck so I could transport it to my cabin which I had been renovating for the past 4 months so I overdid it as usual... Actually I didn't know exactly what was going on with the pain in my arm but my wife who had this extreme tenderness in her arm before told me to try a Tennis Elbow Brace and luckily I had just ordered the Moonsmile Braces by coincidence to store in our first aid kit and boy did they come in handy to help alleviate the major part of the pain in my arm. Honestly I wasn't sure how the exact placement of the brace was supposed to be applied to my arm but luckily the paperwork supplied with these braces gave me the general placement and after googling for more specific information I found the following: For tennis elbow, you’ll want to position the brace between your forearm’s top and outside edge. Furthermore, if your brace has a pad, you’ll want it near the area of discomfort. To help identify the correct area of your arm for placement, you can wiggle your fingers and watch the muscles on the outside of your arm just below the elbow wiggle. After you find the correct positioning for the brace, you’ll need to gently tighten the velcro strap so that it’s snug and secure. You should feel slight pressure, but it shouldn’t be overly tight. If you have any tingling, numbness, or discoloration in your hand or arm, then loosen the strap and re-tighten with less force. I can't recommend these Tennis Elbow Braces strongly enough, they were a lifesaver for me in decreasing the pain and helping it to become more livable while it's healing...

These offer a wider surface area than other elbow braces. It is a good period for those looking for that. I have elbow braces that are about half of the width that these offer. I personally prefer the set I have that are slimmer, they are easier to adjust and provide better pressure than these do and the quality is a bit better. I am not sure if it is the width of the product or another aspect of it, that doesn’t work as well for me. I think these are worth a try, but personally there are different ones I prefer.

I get great relief from tennis elbow with these. The only thing I don't like is when the compression pad is placed on the boney side of my arm below my elbow, the velcro will get caught on my sheets so I end up having to turn it so it doesn't catch my sheets.

This brace seems to be well made. It was ordered to help with tennis elbow, and I thought it would be a good fit because it is adjustable. It is easy to put on and the instructions say to put the small pad over the area with pain. Since the pain is very close to my elbow, the brace often rubs against the inside of my elbow and that can be uncomfortable. I have to make sure that the plastic part of the brace is resting on the outside of my arm, and I trimmed the sides of the Velcro because it could be felt on my arm. With that said, I do feel that it makes my elbow feel better when I am doing activities around the house. I don’t generally have pain all of the time so it is hard to say how much the brace is helping, but I think it is beneficial.

This elbow brace is extremely comfortable and comes on easy. It helps significantly with tendonitis pain and the quality feels amazing. If it goes on sale, pick this up!

The band is wide and it makes the brace very comfortable. However the pad is soft and thin which makes it less effective as a tennis elbow brace. If the pad can be turn 90 degree so that it provides a wider area of coverage, it would make it more effective. This brace would be useful for mild case of tennis elbow. For more severe case, a thicker and firmer pad would be more effective.
