These are FANTASTIC! I'm trying to cut down on carbs, and they are the perfect snack. Hell, they are the perfect snack if you're not trying to cut down carbs. My husband is doing keto so he picked up a bag of these, and when I tried one, I was hooked. I bought some at Starbucks (they are carried there) but the price was a bit steep, so I tried here, and despite being pricey, they are definitely cheaper. Cheddar and mozzarella are my favorites, but gouda is great too (I am allergic to chili peppers so I can't eat the Monterey Jack, but my husband loves them). The gouda is good too. The tricky thing is not eating the entire bag at once! If you are on a low-fat diet, you'll want to skip these or eat them sparingly, but these are great snacks if you are trying to avoid carbs and/or boost your protein intake. I am super picky when it comes to snacks, but these pass with flying colors!

I found the pepper jack when I was working overseas and I couldn't get it where I was at. I saw this and I tried it and I fell in love with this product. I got this trio the last trip they taste amazing. If your looking for protein don't look no further because it also has it too. I would suggest trying these to your family and friends.

Moon cheese is fantastic, but do not expect it to be a cheese replacement. I have enjoyed this on its own and also as a mix-in with the raisins and peanuts I eat. I first found it an a Starbucks in an airport. The portability is really great since it doesn't need to maintain a certain temperature unlike regular cheese. It is a healthy snack and the flavors are great. I hope more flavors become available. I do think the price is too steep, but it's a fantastic product so I have to pay the asking price. If I could find this cheaper elsewhere, I would buy it there. The texture is dry and crunchy, but more dense than a Cheeto. I am buying them for myself and for my family to enjoy as stocking stuffers because I really do want everyone to try it!

For anyone who's expecting something akin to Cheetoss...they aren't cheese puffs. Puffy cheese, yes, but not cheese puffs. Cheetos and similar products contain grains and other fillers. These are 100% cheese and are little crunchy balls. When you follow a keto lifestyle and cannot have Cheetos, these are a pretty good little substitute. I haven't yet opened the gouda, but I've tried the cheddar and pepper jack. The cheddar is good but not great. The pepper jack however, is my favorite by far. It is delicious, and I absolutely would order the pepper jack again.

Basically this is freeze dried cheese. I first found it at Starbucks and was taken by it. However, it is a little pricey at Starbucks so I ordered it from Amazon. It is a bit cheaper here and arrived lightening fast. It makes for a great snack, but it is still a bit expensive to be a go to - rather a treat from time to time. Still surprised by the taste which is great.

I love these things. I ran across mozzarella Moon Cheese at Starbucks ($6/bag) and thought it was yummy. Decided to see if Amazon had the product for cheaper- sure enough, Amazon comes through! Got the variety pack and tore into each pack to try all three flavors. I think the pepper jack was my favorite, then Gouda and finally the cheddar. They do have a bit of a "squeaky" texture, kind of like a cheese curd... But I love cheese curds, so I don't mind it. Very much enjoyed, and will be reordering again!

Thought I would try these being my husband and I have been trying to cut down on carbs. I read the reviews and was super excited to give these a whirl as a light snack. I knew they were a bit pricy, but figured anything good is going to cost a little. Upon these arriving I was a little disheartened by how little you actually got in a package, but I am an optimist and thought...well, they must still be good right? If so I can overlook the amount you actually get in a package. my hubby and I tried them and discovered that these have almost no flavor, and have the texture of a really dry oyster cracker. These were a huge dissapointment.
