Strange. Does not feel greasy at all. I sprinkled it on top of the nachos, then microwaved for 30 seconds, and it all melted, leaving no greasy flavor. Am I buying again? Nope! It is not regular cheese, but it becomes strange after heating in the microwave. It looks melted and has disappeared. Taste is not like regular cheese. No fat at all. ... show more

This is an excellent cheese blend. Amazon tells me that I have now bought this product from Amazon Fresh 26 times! Figured it was time for a review. The flavor of this 5-cheese blend is both complex and satisfying. I use it to make pizzas, and it's perfect in taste and melt characteristics for pizza.
