Let me start off my saying this bookshelf is so beautiful! The first thing I noticed when we opened the box was the quality of the wood. Everything looks as though it was meticulously hand picked when designing to make sure the quality of this bookshelf was a priority. Putting it together was easy to follow and quick. We put it in our soon to be nursery and it was the perfect size! It’s heavier and sturdy so I know my baby will be safe when she eventually climbs/uses it to stand up to pick out her books!     • Shelves need to be deeper.
First time ordering there were no screws in the box so I had to order a replacement. Second one finally arrived with screws. Although I love the quality of the wood, the books fall over so easily. My toddler will barely touch a book, it will fall over and knock other books off on the way down. Shelves need to be deeper. If there weren’t so many screws to undo, I’d probably return it. It was so hard to find a Montessori bookshelf for my baby’s nursery and I’m so glad Montessori & Me designed this perfect bookshelf! It holds the right amount of books that gives plenty options but not overwhelming for kids. The size is compact so it doesn’t take too much room and the height is great for little ones to reach. I definitely recommend this Montessori bookshelf! My daughter was so excited to get it as a Christmas present. She loves being able to choose her own books and this shelf was the perfect height for her. The bookshelf was easy to put together (took about 10-15 minutes) and the quality is great too!
