    • Surprisingly good scope
Color: Black
This is a good scope and rings package for the price. The glass is surprisingly clear with good eye relief, as good or better than my Athlon Argos 1-8x LPVO. There’s virtually no difference in light transmission to the naked eye when using both eyes open and there’s no distortion or blurring at the edges either. The rings/mount is sturdy and machined well enough. I bought this to put on a dedicated .22LR upper and looks like it’s going to be a great pairing. That being said, I took off one star for the following items: - Although first focal plane, the reticle at 1x is very fine/small, too much so for my preference. Turning the illumination on for low light conditions doesn’t help much either. Would like this to be a little heavier and pronounced. However it’s much improved at 3x magnification. - Adjusting the focus to where I needed it makes it out so far that the flip up cap isn’t very secure. It also makes it very easy to turn the focus ring accidentally. -It would be nice if “Monstrum” wasn’t printed in huge white letters on the top. Would look better without advertising printed on it. Otherwise I’m impressed with the overall quality of the scope and mount and the clarity of the glass for the price. ... show more

I like the quality and looks of the product but if you read the description, by Night Vision it says yes. Unless there is a secret switch I don't see any night vision. It would of gotten 5 stars if there was night vision like it said in the description.
