    • Great value compared to the $200 earbuds I needed to replace!
I picked up the Monster Sleep 100 earbuds after I completely wore out a $200 pair from another brand. I did not really want to spend that much again, so I decided to try these since they were much more affordable. Honestly, I am impressed. I am a side sleeper, so comfort matters a lot. These sit flat enough that I can sleep on my side without feeling pressure in my ear. I can wear them all night without discomfort, which is exactly what I need. They have touch controls, but what I really like is that you can press and hold the right earbud for two seconds to disable the touch controls and the voice notifications. That means no accidental taps and no “low battery” alerts waking you up in the middle of the night. That feature alone makes them feel designed specifically for sleep. For the price, the value is excellent. They replaced a much more expensive pair, and I am genuinely happy with them. If you want comfortable sleep earbuds without spending a couple hundred dollars, these are worth considering. ... show more

    • Bad design flaw
There’s a serious design flaw with these headsets. First, as far as comfort goes, they are comfortable and seem to fit the ear without causing a lot of discomfort. The sound quality is not the greatest however it’s good enough if you plan to use these while you’re sleeping e.g listening to Binaural Beats or something fun a low volume. The reason why I gave this one star is because one of the main selling point that got me to buy these earbuds was because they were designed for side sleepers. As I said it’s comfortable but a big designed flaw that I alluded to earlier is that when you sleep on the right side, if you make contact with a headset against a pillow for longer than two seconds, it changes mode. Sleep mode is supposed to make the headset unresponsive to the taps. The problem is if you sleep on your right, it toggles the mode. And like any normal person who side sleeps, we’re going to volleyball back-and-forth from left to right at any given time. If you sleep on the left side, you’re fine. But the moment you turn over to your right side two seconds later, the mode switches and your awoken by the announcement, which is really annoying. Then if you turn to your left and then eventually come back to your right,it toggles the mode again, making these useless for side sleeper. . ... show more

    • Comfortable but Terrible Battery Life
These are really comfortable to wear, even when sleeping on my side. The sound quality is good enough for their purpose but the battery life is no where near what they advertise. I think they say they will last 8 hours, but the most I get is 2-3. They are inexpensive but I would not recommend them due to the battery life. ... show more

Pros: Comfort level is 5 stars, sound quality is 4 stars Cons: Short battery life, not sure what was advertised but it seemed like only 4 hrs, so 3 stars. The case itself is slippery to hold, dropped it multiple times, 2 stars.

Definitely a great purchase.. sound quality is nicer than my high priced ear pieces .. only hang up, is that wearing for too long of a time, can make ear a little sore....I think it is a great design, but it's material should be a little more softer on the edges... Overall, great pieces that I added to my collection.. Clarity, Bass, and snug fit is awesome..low cost is a plus..very portable... charge pretty quick.. nice volume as well... ... show more

Broke immediately within a week. Fell apart, the plastic was barely holding it together, so it separated and the pieces inside fell out. Terrible audio quality, not able to use for phone calls because audio on earbud end comes through muffled receiving and outgoing calls. Don't waste your money. They snug into the ear canal so are not "open ear" but works for what i needed. Love the sleep mode that locks out the buttons.
