My son really liked this remote control truck. It was easy to set up and he got the hang of the controls quickly. The Megalodon design is super cool and it feels sturdy for how much he plays with it. He’s been using it indoors and sometimes outside, and so far it’s held up really well. The battery lasts a decent amount of time and it charges pretty fast too. Initially I was disappointed with my purchase, however after doing some research and troubleshooting our issue, I’m much more satisfied. The controller feels cheap, but works well. The truck itself was a little smaller than expected, but that’s probably my lack of knowledge in comparison ratios. You will need five (5) AAA batteries and a small screw driver to install said batteries. The instructions contain valuable information, so don’t throw those out. At first the truck worked great, after a day the truck stopped working properly. I believe the instructions is where I found out that if the batteries go bad the truck stops working properly. We replaced all five (5) batteries and what do you know, it’s like new! The issues with not turning and not moving at all, disappeared once the batteries were replaced. The truck goes pretty fast, turns easily, and overall was a good purchase. ... show more

My 3 year old great grandson absolutely LOVED this!! It was his favorite present. The battery lasts pretty long and he ran it for a few hours straight and it still didn't need batteries. Big hit with him and his daddy too!
