Great for adults into the dolls and movies
I bought this for myself (I just turned 32) and I love it. I'm a Monster High doll collector, and this was right up my alley. It plays out like one of the movies, where everything is cool until bad stuff starts to happen, and the girls have to solve the mystery and save the school. Except in this game YOU are the one that gets to be the heroine. One of the best parts is that you not only get to choose your type of ghoul (vampire, zombie, werecat, gargoyle, etc.), but you can change her outfits, jewelry, hair color, and hair style every day! Throughout the game, your character collects pocket money and receives bonus coins for completing tasks, and she can then go to the shopping app on her iCoffin and purchase new outfits and jewelry. It's so much fun. There is also the interaction with school clubs and individual characters that keeps you moving throughout each day, and these tasks lead up to the major conflict in the story. As an adult, it's really nice to just pick up when you need some down time. It's not nearly as involved as a strategy game, so you can just relax and, well, play!

Awesome
This game is pretty awesome. I love the Fable Saga BioShock, the Skyrim Saga, the Legos, and other RPGs. This was super easy and awesome to just Mill around wasting time. The beginning of the game is pretty wicked but towards the end is slow and annoying. You go to school do one thing and then go home. You end up doing this for for six or seven days in the game Life. It only takes about 15 hours to beat. What I absolutely loved about it was the shopping and being able to change the outfits as well as the great cutscenes. Unfortunately once you have beaten the game you no longer can interact with the characters. Overall great to get just to screw around on. It is super fun to change your character, but not something I'm going to keep in my vault.

Challenging in a fun way.
My 7 year old has the best time with this game. It's her first and only Xbox game. When she begins to get upset over how hard some of the challenges can be, I simply say its time to turn it off and rest. *Update: It seems like she has completed every challenge because now her Avatar is just going from home to school back and forth. She's still aloud to collect coins so that she (her avatar) can purchase things "online."

My 8 year old daughter has really enjoyed the games there are some parts that are a little hard for her to do like the diving bored but one she figured it out the first time it was a lot easier for her. She really has enjoyed the game a lot of talking and the missions where super easy. They could have made them a little more harder. The end of the game was a little weird I thought didn't make much sense.

Silly Easy Game
Certainly a unique game. A little bit corny (Silly) but it was interesting going through this game and achieving a fairly easy Platinum trophy! Doubt I will play this one much more after getting the Platinum trophy but it was a pleasant experience playing this game.

Fun game for Monster High fans.
The game was nice to play but it's not something I'd start over and play over again from the very beginning. It's kind of repetitive but considering the age demographic for this game and the year it released it makes sense. I didn't get my hands on this game until this year and I'm 30. I did like that you could switch up your ghoul's monster type (mummy, vampire, ghost, etc.) and outfit. So far, the best Monster High game hands down will always be Monster High: 13 Wishes for me.

It works
Please keep in mind that this is an older model game so it's not going to have the greatest graphics nor the most entertaining gameplay. The game arrived in it's original casing with a few minor scratches nothing to hinder the gameplay meaning it works just fine. 😃

Perfect for Monster High fans!
My 9 year old daughter loves this game! She has gaming experience, so this was something she was able to jump right into on her own. Younger children will probably need assistance. She absolutely loved the fact that you create "yourself" to play. (Ex: options to choose what kind of monster you are like vampire, werecat, sea monster, zombie, ghost) She has collected some dolls over the years and loves all of the movies. The character voices are all perfect! (Big plus for us when it comes to movie based games!) I highly recommend this for Monster High fans!
