This desk arrived in time. Little too heavy to lift to the second floor for one person. But overall, a nice desk when fully assembled! The assembly was pretty smooth with all the fasteners provided in more than the required quantity. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to implement. The desktop shelves are perfectly aligned when assembled and I don't feel any seam under my mouse pad which incidentally sits on one of the seams on the right-hand side. Height adjustments work fine though the motor is a bit too loud. Height memory settings work fine. I feel that the power wire of the controller could be placed more subtly instead of just hanging along the leg of the table which moves up and down. Otherwise, a very nice, sturdy desk which looks very beautiful in my room! I have two laptops, two monitors, a keyboard and two mice on the table all the time. Side hooks are very useful for hanging my headsets. I would definitely recommend it! ... show more

I was persuaded by other good reviews I read on this desk. I was pleasantly surprised when I got mine an assembled it. Assembly is not difficult, but there are a lot of screws to turn. But the good news is that the desk is extremely well engineered and crafted; everything fit into place with no hassle, so all those screws ultimately create a very sturdy and elegant end-product. It looks great, works smoothly, and feels very natural in daily use. Kudos for a quality product at a very reasonable price! ... show more

Pros: the desk went together fairly easily and appears to be structurally sound. From a distance, it looks nice and it is relatively smooth in transition from one position to the next. They did one of the smartest thing ever by sending two sets of hardware to minimize issues with missing nuts or bolts. Cons: I dislike that it came in four pieces and the seams were a distraction until I purchased an oversized mat. It does wobble a little bit when transitioning, sometimes, so be aware. There are a LOT of pieces needed to assemble and can be overwhelming. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend based on the above. ... show more

Price: I looked at the price and it's $30-40 cheaper than when I bought it. I got one for 180 and another for $150 or $160. I've had it 3 or 4 months and so far both are working great. Design: I don't even notice the lines in the desk from the 4 pieces that often. It makes for compact packing and moving, which might be nice later on. Power: It is pretty slow and whines pretty loud when going up. Size: The 55*28 size is perfect for a standard desk. Though the extra depth is nice. I have 3 monitors and all my desk equipment and I'm a embedded firmware guy. The height range is great too. I'd like a higher raise to 48" so I don't have to buy tall monitor rises. I find this to be a problem with most desk since your arms are 2-3 feet from where your eyes are if you're over 6 ft. All and all, it is great for the price. I have a bad back and have been looking for one for years. All were between $500-800. I took a risk with the under $200 desk and it panned out and I'm happy with it :) ... show more
