Got this humidor a few weeks ago. Out of the box, it was very attractive and well built. Was very easy to season, and the built in hygrometer is surprisingly accurate. It's advertised as a 25-50 cigar size. Well, if all your putting in it is cigarillos, then yes it is. But I found that I can BARELY fit 20 in it. And, as you can see from the pictures, I'm not putting in sticks like Ogres or the huge Lunatics!! Holds humidity well, but it's smaller than actually advertised. To do over again, I'd probably go with a larger size. UPDATE, 4/27/23: Case Elegance reached out to me regarding my review. They were VERY helpful, offered a full refund, and hooked me up with a slightly larger humidor! Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!! Thus upgrading from 3 stars to 4 for the C.S.

Nice humidor for the price. Air tight. Seems to be well built and good quality. Solution it comes with does keep the relative humidity at 69-71% (I live in south Florida). I confirmed the relative humidity with a separate hygrometer and the included hygrometer is accurate. Overall very nice humidor.

Great looking humidor. Instructions for seasoning are super easy to follow! Case Elegance followed up with me after my humidor arrived and answered a few questions for me! Great customer service. I wanted a new humidor not so much to replace my current analog one, but to have two so I could use the old one to hold my pipe tobacco separately. I'm seasoning at this time and am almost ready to move my cigars inside. The seal on this one is is much tighter than my old—and admittedly—cheaper humidor. I love the accessories drawer to keep my cutters, lighters, and pipe gear from being scattered around my house. The kit included to season has excellent instructions. I had purchased a Boveda starter kit to season the humidor, but the instructions said Boveda packs don't work very well for this humidor. I'm not sure why this is the case, but rather than risk it I simply followed Case Elegance's instructions to a T and feel I'm ready to go. I am quite happy with the functionality and good looks. For those of us that are budget conscious, you can't go wrong with this humidor.

This is my third humidor Iv had to buy. Love this humidor the seal holds the humidity with no issues. Love the fact that gauge on the outside is digital. One big draw back on this is when it’s time to refill the solution tray it’s at the bottom. Which means I have to take out every cigar and put them back. Not a deal breaker but I wish they got rid of the draw at the bottom and made it so the bottom let you pull the solution tray out to refill it.
